Nice stay in the center of Ashland.
Pros:

Great customer service, everywhere.
Beautiful, large room.

I do wish I could have stayed longer!
Pros:

Clean and quiet as requested, the staff were super helpful when I had any requests (forgot my toothpaste!) professional and the hotel was beautiful. It was refreshing to see that there was construction being invested into making and keeping the property modern and clean.

Cons:

Parking was limited and elevator was obnoxiously loud when it ‘dinged’ at each floor.

I would say one of the best Hotels we have stayed in and the staff was outstanding.
Pros:

The staff was excellent and the location was great. Great place to stay.

Cons:

Well the trains going thru in the middle of the night with their horns a blowing, like crazy.

Everything was great. The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Erin was amazing!
