I’m a guest staying for 2 nights. I noticed a few issues in my room the towel is discolored, the conditioner bottle is empty, and there are no hand towels. I would appreciate it if you could provide fresh towels and refill the bathroom amenities at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your assistance.

Relaxing home away from home
Pros:

Gym was small and one machine didn’t work, but it was okay. The pool area needs some privacy screen as the restaurant over looks it. I like that the hotel rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good.

My stay was below my expectation.
Pros:

The room and mattress were spacious enough.

Cons:

I was there for a working meeting however the working table did not supplement with lights (need more lights). The sofa was dusty, tv channel was insufficient, and the pool was too narrow. Breakfast was slightly below my expectation.

Pros:
