Great location and overall a very pleasant stay and would stay here again
Pros:

great location comfortable bed room was quiet

Cons:

Only 5 hangers for clothes so no where to unpack if staying for more than one night. Also no hooks/rails to hang wet towels which made it awkward to find space to put them.

Great stay, first time staying at a moxy hotel.
Pros:

The atmosphere is amazing and welcoming. Everything was clean and tidy. We loved the board games and pool table. The staff were all amazing.

Cons:

The only thing i didn't like was the sink in our room, the tap water smelt of sewage. So brushing our teeth I use bottled water.
Our checkout was made easy. We planned on relaxing at the hotel before our train home.
Sadly, my son dislocated his knee. The gentleman (manager i think) sorry I'm bad with names. Was amazing. He phoned an ambulance and checked on myself and my son. The ambulance arrived and my son's knee popped back in. So we were able to make our train on time.
Thank you to the staff at the Moxy, will definitely be staying again.

Pros:

Value for money, staff were all welcoming and friendly. Great gluten free choice.

Cons:

Shower pressure was poor and breakfast was cold. We chose another venue for breakfast on our second day

Quirky hotel in a good location but breakfasts need improvement
Pros:

Good location. Friendly staff. Reception was quirky and had lots of board games for entertainment.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor. £15 for pre-booked otherwise £18. We went down to breakfast at 8.40. Sausages were like cardboard, bacon was tasteless and cold. Scramble eggs looked appalling and cold. Couldn’t eat it. Good selection of bread, but butter was cheap and spoiled the otherwise tasty bread. Not good value
