Lovely friendly welcoming staff. Great room, excellent bar, great breakfast, very stylish trendy feel. A great touch that there are games in the bar area for people to use.
The bin lorry at 7am!! But not the hotels fault!
Property is central clean and very nice
Every thing was great with the stay just thought the rooms were highly priced to not include breakfast we paid £300 and we thought for that price it should have included breakfast.
Quirky reception with games and pool table etc. The beds in the room were really comfortable. Close to city centre.
Location and facilities were excellent

The location was convenient.
Parking was off site and cost over £20 a day even with the Moxy discount. The daily rate was expensive given the lack of facilities.
It was clean, modern and inviting

Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, shower facilities good and hot shower, air conditioning option, quiet hotel and no noise which is ideal. Also 5 mins walk into town centre. Good range of cakes and croissants at breakfast.
Lack of orange juice, went up a couple of times and jug empty. Should be filled up regularly so all guests can have juice at breakfast. Bacon undercooked, only took one bite and didn’t want to risk having anymore. Scrambled egg luke warm.

I asked for a quiet room and it was indeed very quiet. It was possibly the best night's sleep Ive ever had in a hotel. The bed was clearly very comfortable.
The room was on the small side, which didn't matter since we were only staying for one night. Not overmuch in the way of storage space, but again, it suited us for one night.The public are was a bit dark for my liking.
Qwerky hotel. Short stroll to centre.
No where to put anything. Only 4 hangers and 2 hooks in the wall !!
