Absolutely perfect in every way!

The hotel was very close to centre. Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful-the best we have experienced. Rooms compact but well equipped.

Good location and ideal for walking around York
Pros:

The room was ready for us when we arrived (way before checkin time), staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and with all amenities required. Location is ideal for walking into York

Cons:

Drinks prices are a little on the high side which is a suprise given the value for the stay!
