Nice sized rooms, can take your dogs . Staff were lovely and chatty, made to feel at home
Location was excellent for all of York. We didn’t try breakfast as took advantage of late lie in Ambience of hotel foyer/bar was lovely.

The staff were lovely, the bar area was really nice, even though I dont like Gin the free complimentary drink was a nice touch
The only thing was the shampoo and shower gel attached to wall triggers didnt work and one of them was empty, the shower itself was really good
A wonderful, clean hotel with friendly staff. Ideally located in the centre of York, you are only 5 or 10 minutes walk away from just about everything! Buffet-style breakfast has never disappointed.
I had no bad experiences. The only disappointment was the weather, and I don't think the staff were to blame for that! River was a bit full too.

Staff were wonderful. Excellent facilities and very clean and comfortable room. The bar area is vibrant and welcoming, with an assortment of board games and books, which I think was a nice touch
There was nothing I didn't like
Just how friendly and welcoming the staff are. We have stayed here a few times now visiting family, so its our goto place
Well maintained and kept facility. Room, comfort and breakfast all excellent. Serves "bar" food in the evening until late.
Others using this facility may not agree with this point, as I am of a much older generation than most who might stay at "Moxy, York," however, I did find the background music in the bar/dining area during the evening a bit on the "loud" side for my tastes.
