Pros:

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. She even opened the breakfast area a little early for us because we had to leave early in the morning. The staff was great. The location was great. There were a lot of restaurants close by. We felt safe in the area.

The perfect landing spot for downtown business travel.
Pros:

Very clean, modern, spacious facilities that make the guest experience an inviting one. The valet/bell and front desk staff are all incredibly kind and hospitable. I left every interaction with a smile on my face. Great location for work travelers on business downtown.

The convenience to the BJCC

Cons:

Only choice to park was valet or walk to hotel and still pay a parking fee.
Valet was 40.00 per night. Plus tip.
Couldn't get a double bed room so asked for a roll away and they said they would check on it and never let me know anything and never brought one. Second night asked for extra blanket and pillow bc I took my own cot in, had to contact them 3 times before I was able to get anything.

Good location. Clean room.

Cons:

Thin windows resulted in very loud experience throughout the night. $40 valet parking only - and the valet did not bring my car around in the morning when it was requested.

Location was good, staff seemed good. Room was clean but would not stay here again!!

Check in was at 4pm. No rooms available and had to wait in line to receive our room. A/C was so loud you could barely sleep and the settings on the thermostat said one thing but the rooms were hot. Ran out of hot water after our second shower
