Clean. Friendly, very spacious room. Beds comfortable.
We had a king suite, and the TV in the room with a sofa bed did not work. Little inconvenient for comfort, not having that as it was my part of my room
The parking was terrible, valet 40$ a night slightly expensive for me. I was feared to park in lots across the streets as I am a single woman and would return very late, and i.know this is not the best part of town for a woman to be waking alone at night. I did however found a street park 1 1/2 , blocks straight down the street on the hotel side, and I could see the hotel during my walk. Unfortunately, the maid service did not visit. We were out of toilet paper, and the one trash can in the room was full. Why do yall only put one small trash can in a room with 3 people
So we were forced to make a trash pile in the corner. I would recommend this hotel to people who can pay 80 $ for 2 nights to park the car. Or feel safe to a park public parking. But I will not stay there again for the parking issue
Room was clean & location
Check in was at 4pm. No rooms available and had to wait in line to receive our room. A/C was so loud you could barely sleep and the settings on the thermostat said one thing but the rooms were hot. Ran out of hot water after our second shower
O restante do hotel estava ok.
The check in girl was nice and the bed was comfy
Someone walked in to room, then the office called and asked who I was. No knock or anything. Mo hot water the second day and when there was hot water it took 10 mins to warm up. There was no remote in my room. The breakfast was terrible. I mean really bad.
No body wash in shower. Instead, I had 1 bottle of conditioner and 2 bottles of shampoo. Also, I made coffee in the room and the packets of sugar/sweetner had no swizzle sticks to stir coffee.
It is in one of the best parts of Birmingham. Parking was easy and we walked everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was vey accommodating. The breakfast was also fantastic
Everything was great. The AC unit was a little loud
The bed was comfy and it was a nice location. The lady that helped me check in was very nice.
The hotel was a decent hotel overall, it could have been cleaner though. We booked a city view and requested a higher floor but didn't happen, the windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months and we had to take cold showers. The water hardly had any warmth to it, but the bed was very comfortable. I tried calling the front desk to notify them about the shower temp but no one answered and no one was at the desk as we were checking out.
Clean rooms, front desk staff was amazing and polite. Valet was great and attentive.
Everything was great
It was very clean and comfortable
Valet parking 35 dollars a night it should be one fee for your stay
