Havde et værelse med egen terrasse ud mod en hyggelig have.

Sehr schönes Hotel in super zentraler Lage. Für uns hat hier alles gepasst. Man konnte das tolle Frühstück im Garten genießen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber, es ist überhaupt eine sehr schönes altes und gepflegtes Gebäude. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen.

Everything was perfect.
The location is ideal 10 minute walk down hill to the river.
We stayed on the 7th floor room 706, WOW what view of Porto.
The room was spacious and modern,so quiet and we never heard any noise on a night time.
The hotel is beautifully decorated and restored,the bistro bar and food was excellent.
Breakfast,spoilt for choice and quality produce,the best part was the staff from front of house to all the hard working serving staff and housekeeping!
This is a quality hotel which mixes past with present very well with a calm and relaxed atmosphere!!

This is a stunning hotel and building situated in a fantastic central location with excellent and stylish finishing throughout . Service was exemplary and staff were all very friendly and helpful . Food was of a very high standard and the breakfast was exceptionally good value for money. I would definitely recommend to family and friends visiting Porto - this place is an absolute gem .

PortoBay Flores — A Five-Star Experience in the Heart of Porto

The best part of PortoBay Flores is undoubtedly its location — right in the middle of everything, making it incredibly easy to walk to Porto’s major sights, restaurants and charming streets. It’s the kind of location that makes exploring a city effortless.

We stayed in a suite that genuinely felt like it belonged in a castle. The historic character of the property, along with the beautiful view of the courtyard from our room, made the stay feel particularly special.

The staff were lovely throughout, but a special mention goes to the wonderful lady at breakfast. My son was struggling to choose between pancakes and waffles, so she simply brought him both. Such a small gesture, but incredibly sweet and thoughtful — and exactly the kind of service you remember.

Breakfast itself was lovely, with a great spread and plenty of choices.

Overall, this was a five-star experience — an unbeatable location, beautiful historic surroundings, a gorgeous suite, lovely breakfast and service.

Nothing to complain about. PortoBay Flores gets the important things right, and I would happily stay here again.

We stayed here for 5 nights and the hotel was faultless.
The staff who work here are really friendly, we had a duplex suite which was spacious, clean and well presented. The shutters were solid and kept the light and noise out.
The food was amazing and great quality. I would definitely recommend booking a breakfast package.

Location , staff were very professional and general service was excellent. Pool area was a little small but not a big deal

Sehr Zentral gelegen und wundervoll renoviert. Den SPA haben wir nicht besucht.
