Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel in super Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Lage und Aussicht ausgezeichnet. Möglichkeit der Teezubereitung im Zimmer. Sehr bequeme Betten und tolle Bettwäsche. Personal sehr freundlich. Schönes Ambiente, besonders im Eingangsbereich.

Cons:

Sauberkeit, es war alles irgendwie „verschmiert“, d.h. bei Türen oder im Bad zwar mit einem Lappen drübergewischt, aber nicht ordentlich, so dass Spuren des Lappens und Wasserspritzer deutlich sichtbar waren…eben total verschmiert. Fenster total verschmutzt und das Fenster im Schlafzimmer ließ sich ganz schwer öffnen…bei Beanstandung hieß es…einfach stark drücken! Badezimmer, d.h der Duschbereich und die Toilette stanken richtig, Gestank war im ganzen oberen Stock unser Maisonnette wahrnehmbar…ein Gestank, wenn Sanitäranlagen lange nicht genutzt wurden! Wurde bei Beanstandung abgestritten…kurz nach dem Putzen kein Gestank!
Manchmal bekamen wir die kleinen Bettvorleger, manchmal nicht, benutzte kleine Handtücher wurden entfernt aber nicht nachgelegt, genauso die Milchkapseln…es gab zwei, als aufgebraucht nicht nachgelegt! Zusätzlich das Problem des Lärms der Klimaanlage in der ersten Nacht….hier war das Management sehr zuvorkommend, man fand eine gute Lösung.
Insgesamt wenige Ablageflächen, der begehbare Schrank klein und der Safe in der letzten finsteren Ecke, schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen.
Leider in einigen Belangen, spez. Sauberkeit, nicht wirklich 5* Qualität !

Zone de confort et de bien être au PORTOBAY FLORES
Pros:

Superbe hotel dans l'hypercentre de porto situé dans une rue piétonne où les taxis accèdent, Le hall d'accueil est magnifique. La chambre était spacieuse et très fonctionnelle. Superbe vue sur la ville dans les étages supérieurs. La literie vraiment top et la salle de bain très agréable.
Le personnel est aux petits soins des hôtes.
Nous avons adoré le petit déjeuner et le restaurant est pratique même si le choix est limité.... gage de qualité.
Un superbe séjour.

Cons:

Le spa vraiment exigu et la piscine tout juste chauffée et si petite. Dommage car ce fut un critère de sélection de cet hotel.

PortoBay Flores is truly a gem in the heart of Porto. The location couldn’t be more perfect — right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a peaceful retreat.

We stayed to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it a truly special and memorable occasion. Their attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care made all the difference. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived.

The food was excellent, with a great selection and high quality throughout our stay. Combined with the very friendly and attentive staff, it made every meal a pleasure.

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location with outstanding service — we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion, Highly recommended!

Bardzo miły pobyt.
Pros:

Fantastyczna lokalizacja, bardzo wygodne łóżka, wzorowy personel sprzątający

Cons:

Bardzo mały basen, mniejszy niż na zdjęciach. Sauna sucha każdego dnia byla zimna.
Mimo kilkukrotnych próśb nie otrzymałam prawidłowej faktury za pobyt.
