The best part of PortoBay Flores is undoubtedly its location — right in the middle of everything, making it incredibly easy to walk to Porto’s major sights, restaurants and charming streets. It’s the kind of location that makes exploring a city effortless.

We stayed in a suite that genuinely felt like it belonged in a castle. The historic character of the property, along with the beautiful view of the courtyard from our room, made the stay feel particularly special.

The staff were lovely throughout, but a special mention goes to the wonderful lady at breakfast. My son was struggling to choose between pancakes and waffles, so she simply brought him both. Such a small gesture, but incredibly sweet and thoughtful — and exactly the kind of service you remember.

Breakfast itself was lovely, with a great spread and plenty of choices.

Overall, this was a five-star experience — an unbeatable location, beautiful historic surroundings, a gorgeous suite, lovely breakfast and service.

Nothing to complain about. PortoBay Flores gets the important things right, and I would happily stay here again.

This hotel is a MUST! Perfect location for so much

The location was amazing for exploring Lisbon. The room was beautiful, the pool area was relaxing and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The building that breakfast is in is absolutely breathtaking. We couldn't believe it when we walked in and saw what it looked like and the outdoor Courtyard for breakfast just added to it

Cons:

Being dropped off the street below and having to bring our luggage up the streets with the cobblestones, however, we appreciates no vehicles on the street that the hotel is on

Our expectations were far exceeded and this stay was a highlight.
Pros:

We loved everything! The location, staff, amazing room, products in bathroom, spa, delicious meals. We didn't want to leave. The staff made our stay so lovely and the hotel is gorgeous, and it smells gorgeous from the minute you walk inside.
