Fint hotell med de publika ytorna i klassisk stil och med moderna rum.
Pros:

Bra läge på gågata med många restauranger och barer. Frukosten var fantastisk. Bra rum i modern stil.

Cons:

Endast vissa godkända taxibilar fick köra fram till hotellet på gågatan. Om man åker med tex Bolt eller Uber så blir man avsläppt några hundra meter från hotellet.Lite knöligt att dra resväskor på branta kullerstensgator. Har man mycket bagage så säkerställ att taxin får köra fram.

A fantastic hotel at a great location - recommended!
Pros:

Excellent location, short distance to many major attractions. Our room (Duplex suite) was fantastic, as was the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and professional.

Cons:

Almost everything was perfect. Some staff members were a bit less attentive than others, but overall the service was great.

Location, and all.

Cons:

Nothing really, only in the breakfast, when gets busy, the staff forgot our order, that we need to wait and remind them again. But it is acceptable. :)

An outstanding location for seeing Porto, central yet peaceful.
Pros:

We liked everything about the hotel. The location is superb, centrally positioned, yet still an oasis of calm.
Staff were all attentive and very helpful
Room had an amazing view but was quiet and very comfortable.
Breakfast was outstanding, with lots of choice and high quality food.

Cons:

Room could be a little bigger - a seating area would be nice, but it was perfectly adequate.
