Cons:

No knock really against the Hampton Inn. We flew into Spokane as their wildfires expanded. The power was off throughout Spokane. They managed it all fine. Breakfast was, meh, but we had breakfast which given the fact the power was off til 4am was pretty good.

The rooms were very clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. The shuttle service was great!

The pool could have been a little cleaner; there were two clumps of hair on the floor and in the pool.

Overall very great stay, the staff was amazing and accommodating and friendly! Would stay again!
Cons:

The ventilation in the pool area could have been better. The chlorine made our eyes burn so bad that we had to leave the pool area. It was also very hot in there. The doors to the outside said to leave the doors closed so we weren’t able to crack the door open for fresh air.
