Great
Pros:

The breakfast was great, the staff was incredible, and the location was exactly right for the places we wanted to see.

Cons:

The only negative thing would be that the king size bed was extremely uncomfortable and the window is directly in front of it so with the light coming in and the bed, we didn't sleep well. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back but I'll stick to the queen size beds.

Management lied
Pros:

No sleep at this place!

Complain to management and was told would award extra points!

I called a few times after to follow up but the manager never did what she told me.

That sucks do not like being lied to,

Comfy, clean, and a nice Hampton
Pros:

We were stopping part way through a trip, and the hotel met our needs perfectly. We always use the room fridge, and the Hampton standards for bedding and bath were met and were good.

Cons:

The property could be updated, but it isn't a problem at all.

Pros:

Super easy off the highway, quiet, clean and a wonderful restaurant right there. We stayed there coming and going to VA and so pleased with the experience!!

Close to Knoxville, with a pool and workout facility. Loved the towels in the pool
