Always an excellent experience during numerous trips through Knoxville.
Pros:

We have stayed here many times when traveling through Knoxville, and the facility is always clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful; and the included breakfast offers a good variety of items, and is always well stocked. Another plus is the location of an outstanding restaurant (Aubry's) next door to the hotel. We have never been disappointed with any of our stays here.

No negative experiences during stays at this hotel.

Not very welcoming or clean.
Pros:

Garbage cans stuffed to brim upon arrival. The bathroom in the room was unclean, in particular the shower door was moldy, and had hair stuck to the shower door. The bathroom floor was sticky as though it hadn’t been cleaned. The bed was very spongy feeling and the sheets were thin. There were kids screaming around the pool, and there were no parents supervising. The front clerk was overwhelmed and it simply had a dirty unwelcoming feel. Didn’t get much sleep because interstate noise.
