Pros:

The location was great. It’s close to a mall, which is convenient if you need to buy something urgently. There’s also Lucas on the way to the metro station, which was great for grabbing a quick bite. Plus, getting a cab was super easy, they arrived almost instantly.

Cons:

The kitchen closes a bit too early, which was inconvenient. It would be nicer if there were some simple food options available instead of only a snack kiosk.

The flush button on the WC was hidden behind the flap, so I had to reach for it several times and I had to touch it again and again, it is a design flaw. I understand it can’t be fixed right away, but it’s something that could be improved in the future
Lastly I think if few extra coffee pods with the accessories can be kept in the room.

Few extra pods of coffee woud be great for guests when they are coffee lovers.

Pros:

Lovely staff name Micheal really made our stay enjoyable and made that extra little step for my mum birthday but giving us a treat to our room plus we was upgraded.

The rooms are lovely would stay here again, great location to the theme Spa and city centre

A great hotel for all ages
Pros:

Everything. My teen chose to stay here, on a rare trip just the two of us. It was perfect. Gorgeous hotel, lovely rooms, nice view, friendly staff, good little shop, comfy beds. Great distance from airport and the centre of Bucharest (taxi approx £5 to city centre and £14 to airport via Bolt).

Cons:

Restaurant menu looked lovely but we are quite ‘boring’ and like more plain food. However plenty of delivery options within the vicinity of the hotel too.
