Ein gutes, einfaches Zimmer in dem wenig charmanten Nebengebäude war o.k. für mich für den Anlass.

O quarto não possui ar condicionado. No verão pode ser um problema. Também não tem elevador. É tipo um motel. O estacionamento é facil no andar térreo. O quarto é muito limpo e tem cama confortável, porém a luminosidade cedo pela manhã pode incomodar. Para uma noite, OK. O café da manhã é bom, com bastante variedade de opções servido em um amplo salão, bem agradável.

What I enjoyed most was the very helpful staff. I was able to speak both English and german with several of the staff. I could tell that they were fluent in more than just these two languages.
The staff was always helpful, knowledgable, courteous, professional and welcoming!!!
The staff at all hours of the day and night were everything you would want when you were so far from home!!! Restaurants, grocery stores, specialty stores, everything you could think of is in walking distance ! I have traveled all of my life since very young. I have been to germany, all over the US, UK, Switzerland, France, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Ukraine and others I am forgetting now and I think this hotel is EXCELLENT!! Great price, very clean rooms, best staff, best location. This is difinately going to be my "Go To" hotel for Hanau!!! Recomend highly for both Germans and Americans!!

Ganze Nacht gefroren.
Rezeption kann nicht helfen.

Für kurze Übernachtungen zweckmäßig, mit einem 5er durch die Toreinfahrt zu kommen war kniffelig, ging aber letztendlich. Sehr gut war, die Kissen und die Decken haben sehr frisch gerochen und nicht nach vielen anderen Menschen.

Nicht wirklich gut.
Der Rezeptionist konnte mich ins Haupthotel umswitchen was dann doch für etwas Entspannung gesorgt hat.
Allerdings 15 Euro Aufpreis für die Sauna ist in einem 4 Sterne Haus schon happig.
Hier werde ich kein zweites Mal einchecken

Es ist sauber und ordentlich, das Personal ist freundlich. Die Zimmer sind praktisch und ausreichend groß.
Es liegt zentral mit einem Parkhaus.

Über einer Spielhalle, schlechte Umgebung, höchstens 2 Sterne wenn überhaupt. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Für eine Übernachtung nach einem Konzert o.ä. ok., Frühstück lohnt sich und ist sehr gut, Hotel-Parkhaus war leider schon komplett belegt

RIESENjunior ist zum übernachten ohne Firlefanz. Das Hotel hat keinen Vordereingang, Zugang ist über den Hinterhofparkplatz. Zufahrt ist wie die ganze Gegend sehr eng. Den Parkplatz vor Ort dazu zu buchen empfiehlt sich, da Hanau hier keine großartigen Parkmöglichkeiten bietet. Bad mit Dusche so groß wie nötig, für beleibte Personen evt problematisch. Keine Klimaanlage, dafür zwei große Fensterflügel. Betten prima. Würde wiederkommen, da preiswert und freundlich.

Für eine Nacht ausreichend. Parkplatz sehr teuer.

Das Zimmer (Nichtraucher-Zimmer) roch leider sehr stark nach abgestandenem Zigarettenrauch. Angestellte waren aber freundlich.

Einfaches, sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und super Frühstücksbuffet im Hotel Riesen gegenüber. Parkplätze eng, aber OK

Sauber und ordentlich, Frühstück gut, trotz Innenstadt ruhig, preisgünstger Parkplatz, Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend, nicht gefallen hat mir die schwere Bettdecke, aber insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis..

Hotel was perfect for a short stay for one in Hanau. Walkably close to the train station and city center.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the room did not have A/C and the days were 90 degrees. I could have managed without A/C, as I am normally not an A/C person, but the windows did not have screens so I couldn’t leave them open overnight. IMHO if you dont have A/C, af least have screens.

Great location. Big room. Parking is on site, safe and easy. Check in is in another building though which we weren't informed in advance. The hotel entrance is from the parking facility directly. There's no Hotel sign from the street which says where's the hotel! We got lucky because turned into the garage automatically. But someone arriving on foot might get confused where's the hotel itself ( no entrance door from the street only from the parking garage/courtyard).

Otherwise pleasant stay, strong hot shower adequate storage. Would come back!
