Pros:

I had a one-month stay. Location is great, close to the subway, Starbucks, Tim Hortons and supermarkets. You can do a lot on foot. Only drawback was check-in. There was a lack of communication with the owner who kept me waiting at reception, after which he just sent an email saying that the apartment was open and the key would be on the kitchen table. Another unpleasant fact was having only one key. We were in three people and the elevator needs the key to work, so we always had to be together. I asked for another key and was denied. Cleaning the apartment should be better. Bathtub came to block due to the amount of hair in the drain. Despite this, I recommend the apartment. Very nice view of the city, well equipped, very good wi fi, good heating.

Pros:

cleaner was at room when i got there at 4pm - and not finished till 5 30 -
no internet working - frustrating because i had to work off my laptop and couldn't use my phone for what needed to be done -
and no back up toilet paper - can you imagine !! if i had to bring my own i would gladly have done that
no compensation offered for these inconveniences - dont stay here - you could have stayed at one west for example and had no issues -

Pros:

When I arrived - it was evident that no one had cleaned the unit before i came in. Ashes on the counters and floors, crumbs, dishes in the sink, garbage in the trash cans....I was glad that Sarkar sent someone in to clean but that also meant that I was essentially forced out of the unit for over an hour. I noticed the shower did not hold hot water for more than about 5mins which was surprising. The unit is nice and location is great - I'm not sure I'd rent through Sarkar again. The reasons given to me for the unit not being clean were blamed on the long weekend. Give me a break - i checked in after 4pm.

Pros:

I tried repeatedly to reach Sarkar and Expedia when I discovered, Saturday morning, that I could not lock the door when going out. The key simply didn’t work. And the long weekend had started and no one was on call. The men at the front desk had no responsibility, and could offer nothing...other than, we could call a locksmith, but you would get a big bill. So, every time we went out we had to leave the door unlocked with all our effects inside.
The suite was very nice and what we expected. We had everything we needed. But when you cannot lock your doors, that erases all the positives. We were very disappointed.
