Seul point faible la pratique de l’anglais est un peu sommaire mais n’altère en rien la qualité de service…

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail in both the amenities and overall design. The facilities were excellent, although they ask everyone one to wear swimming caps – from the pool and gym to the restaurant, everything was well-maintained and of high quality. I especially appreciated the five star buffet on the week end and the breakfast with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. A special thank you to Vivi whom when above and beyond ! Absolutely fantastic and professional behaviour towards us. She showed great kindness in accommodating our family, she’s an asset to the hotel/company.

Based on the positive reviews online, we stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and it proved to be a great choice. The hotel features a blend of Chinese and Western décor, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is both quiet and convenient. More importantly, the staff is gentle, friendly, warm, and professional. A special mention goes to the duty manager Terry, Jason from the concierge, Leon from the front desk, and the bartender at the Lobby Lounge, who all contributed to making our trip to Xi'an even more memorable. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Xi'an.

Great hotel, clean and new

This is the best hotel with the best service we have been to. We were upgraded to a room completely free of charge, the staff was very friendly and hospitable, everyone spoke English. Wonderful breakfast, pool and gym. A great place for your holiday!

The door staff were very helpful. Helped us with our suitcases and spoke good English. The room would have been lovely had it not been for issues with air conditioning.

Hotel suggested us late check-out, it was very suitable, reception girl Sarah was very excited and helpful!

Extremely friendly and helpful (and good looking☺️) staff, great facilities in room and in the common area (swimming pool, gym etc.). I had a wonderful stay with my family there! Highly recommended for family travel!

Quality & elegance decoration, tedious design, and comfortable bedding....
Bedding quality is our first consideration!

Hotel is well designed, colors, materials and lighting is all in well balance. Staff is young and helpful, but may be need little bit more experience with hosting the Western quests. Bed, Bed sheet, towels, toiletries all 5 start quality. Very nice lobby area and entrance.

Loved this hotel! It was peaceful, clean, modern and the staff was very attentive to customer’s comfort. The breakfast was exceptional!
If I’ll go back to Xi’an, I’ll stay here again!

1) The breakfast sets the gold standard with soup, delicious omelettes, plenty of health options, english newspapers, and so much more. 2) The staff are attentive, generous, and everywhere (yet cleverly give privacy). 3) Senior Staff speak enough English. 4) The Concierge crew are attentive and treat any challenge with conviction and commitment... specially the effervescent and efficient Gordon, the dignified Terry, and also the dynamic Felix.) 5) The general bellhops (Jones was great) and breakfast staff are sharp and insightful. 6) The room (1503) was like a luxury 6 * condo.

Had an amazing time - had the opportunity for a small get away recently and I have to say it was well worth it!! The hotel is new and very accommodating. Staff - especially the reception area - if you have trouble with English, look no further - they have it all! The team at the reception desk were very helpful and had the answer to what was needed...all in all - will definitely come back again!
