Kathmandu Marriott Hotel

We had a wonderful experience here. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. Its central location made it incredibly easy to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. Excellent value for money, and we would definitely stay here again!

Loved the stay. Breakfast buffet was amazing and big. Special thank you to Chef Alisha at Breakfast and Miqzen during dinner for taking care of us during our stay. Will surely be back soon.

Stayed at this Marriott from June 7–11 while attending an EPR conference with SACEP and delegates from across South Asia. The hospitality was outstanding throughout our stay. The staff were attentive, professional, and went out of their way to make our group feel welcome, which mattered a lot given the scale of the event and number of guests. The food was excellent, with great variety to suit different tastes among our international delegation. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Kathmandu, making it convenient for both work and exploring the city. This is my fourth Marriott stay across three different countries, and this property easily ranks among the best in terms of service quality and overall guest experience. Highly recommended for both business travelers and conference groups.

Stayed there for an event. Beautiful property hospitable staffs. Event team were great. Had an issue with some noise in the room. Lady night manager, asmita was very kind, she handled it professionally. 5 star experience

Best place to stay and nice and friendly environment

The best customer service ive experienced in any hotel i have ever been to. I had a medical emergency while travelling and the hotel staff was extremely accomodating and thoughtful. I will stay jere again amd again. Excellent all around!

I am a solo female traveller and I stayed in an M club room for periods of time between excursions. The hospitality was flawless and seemed to represent the very best warmth and generosity that makes Nepal such a wonderful place. All staff - particularly those in the M club lounge - were warm, welcoming, and friendly. I was impressed to always be greeted by name in the lounge and that staff often enquired about my experience, my wellbeing and whether there was anything they could assist me with. I feel bad naming only some staff members such as Anu, Sarita, Ajay and Sanjal (?) who made my stay so comfortable because literally all lounge staff were exceptional team members. The M club lounge was a very pleasant place to spend time looking out over the city. Beverages and snacks were available all day and a generous supper offering was available during the evening “happy hour”.
It truly felt like a home away from home. I could not have felt more comfortable and supported during my journeys in Nepal. The Marriott decor was elegant and to a high standard that would be appropriate for any high end offering anywhere in the world.

What a perfect, perfect way to stay in Kathmandu! The most beautiful hotel and tranquil escape from bustling Kathmandu... was so relaxing to return here each night and unwind from a busy day.

The service from every single person I encountered at Kathmandu Marriott Hotel was exceptional. I believe this is a combination of the lovely Nepali culture and the brilliant training and standards upheld by the hotel, but it was ultimately the staff who made my stay so memorable.

When I encountered an issue, everyone went above and beyond to resolve it and ensure I was comfortable. That did not go unnoticed. The security guards were friendly, the concierge was helpful, reception staff were welcoming, and the team in the Club Lounge were all amazing. They were attentive, professional, and maintained a high standard of service even when busy. The chefs and housekeeping staff were also excellent. A special mention to Rajana, as I requested my room be deep cleaned daily and it was completed perfectly each time.

I would also like to make a special mention of Prazena Khadka, who was excellent at her job, kind, and professional. Anu in the Club Lounge provided some of the kindest service I experienced during my stay. She was lovely, highly professional, and delivered attentive, high class customer service. In fact, she provided some of the best hotel service I have ever received. All of the Club Lounge staff were outstanding. Unfortunately, I misplaced the card with everyones name on it, but there were two young men who worked at the Club Room, and also were the bartenders who were SO NICE - the best service and best cocktails - made my martini perfectly and we always laughed, just beautiful service all round.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, as is the whole hotel. You are safe, clean and welcomed. It is nice to have this standard of hotel in Kathmandu now, and great that they have only Nepali people working to give locals work and an authentic experience.

I will happily stay at the Kathmandu Marriott Hotel again on future visits to Nepal - I can't wait!

很舒服，山景很好、Club lounge 尤其適合單人旅行，服務親切，如果晚班飛機也可以繼續用 spa 泳池等服務。一個人特別舒服Very friendly with modern facility, room is bright , 10 th floor club lounge is very nice with personal service , beautiful mountain sunset view. Happy hour provides delicious mini buffet with changing menu .So for single travelers is very comfortable . Lounge js not crowded. Also give flexibility to accommodate late flight , can still do spa , enjoy poolside to relax etc.

The hotel is centrally located. The staff are extremely friendly and very polite.
Especially Manila, Miqzen, Sumit, Umesh, Sushmita, Santoshi were exceptionally good.
They made us feel at home and catered to all our requests. We plan to revisit and stay in this hotel again.

I was here in Nepal for few days and I tried buffet in Thamel kitchen and specially mentioning Manila and sujit umesh and miqzen in evening and sushmita in the morning time and the service was very good they made us fell like home and we will come back to the same hotel again in our next trip for sure.

Out of all the places I have visited, the Kathmandu Marriott Hotel is hands down the best 5-star property in Nepal! What truly made my stay unforgettable was Sapana Bhatta from housekeeping. She was the absolute star of my visit, and I was genuinely impressed by her warmth and incredible attention to detail.

The hotel's location is perfect, being so close to Durbar Marg. On top of that, the entire property is exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. I highly recommend staying here!

Definitely would come here again! The hotel was in a great location and exceeded my expectations. The service was friendly and welcoming from all hotel staff, there are beautiful views of the mountains, and there was a luxury look and feel throughout the hotel and especially in my room. Most of all, I had a great experience with the servers in the M Lounge, with Sanita and Dipesh. Very friendly and accommodating. And of course there was great food options from the best chef Yuboai.
