amazing views, wonderful staff especially suraj, manish , ajay and the M lounge chef, cleaners are very professionals.
Pros:

-location is at very good place.
- staffs were very good.
- view from room is very good
- everything about marriot kathmandu is very good
- Manish, Suraj, Ajay and the Chef were very generous towards us. They were very outstanding at M lounge. i would like to thank hotel marriot and especially suraj, manish, ajay and the chef for the amazing service. Gonna visit again soon.

Great New Year’s Eve
Pros:

We brought our family here for New Year’s Eve. We didn’t book a table for the buffet ahead of time and it was full. However, the management made us a table in the lobby and made sure we were able to fully enjoy the experience with our family! The people here are very helpful. Pravakar took great care of us each morning and made our experience great.

Exceptional Hospitality
Pros:

The hotel was lovely—spotlessly clean, perfectly located, with great food. The service was exceptional. I travel frequently with Marriott and IHG, and this was by far one of my best hotel experiences.
I stayed for three days with my 77-year-old mother, who unfortunately became unwell during our visit. The staff looked after her with such care and kindness, which meant a great deal to us.
Special thanks to the lounge hosts Suraj, Anup, and Manesh for their outstanding service, and to Sunita for going the extra mile with transportation assistance. As someone who works in hospitality for a first-class airline, I was truly impressed.
We will definitely be back when my mother is feeling better.

Experience at Kathmandu Marriott

It was a great experience at the Kathmandu Marriott and like to particularly call out the wonderful experience at the Thamel restaurant. Again calling out Sujit who been very courteous and love his sense of making us feel at home.

Brilliant Sunita!
Pros:

My mum and I only had one night at this lovely hotel, our final destination for our trip was Bhutan so we just needed somewhere to have a layover. We had booked through our airline but our only regret is not booking directly through the hotel itself. We usually do this but we thought on this occasion it might of been easier to book it all through our airways for ease, but of course it wasn't. Missed communication from our airline to the hotel, but the hotel couldn't of done more for us. We were greeted by lovely Sunita at check in, who truly looked after as for our stay. She was just so delightful and it has been so long in our experiences of having such wonderful customer service. Her front of house supervisor/manager was also delightful, his name has escaped us unfortunately. Our airline had told us via email we had dinner included in our room but they had not cleared that with the hotel. The manager on his own goodwill gave us access to the lounge at the top of the hotel to let us relax and have some small nibbles that were being offered at their happy hour. It was perfect for what we needed after such a long journey.

Sunita arranged a packed breakfast for us on our early departure and arranged for the hotel taxi to take us back to the airport. Our only mistake with this hotel was not booking direct, that was a big learn on our part.

The rooms are as advertised online, the food prices are fair for what we are used to from Europe, service was brilliant.
