Pros:

Excellent. It was a good assortment of options and everything was freshly made. They had courteous staff and they made accommodations for my dietary needs.

Cons:

The area has a lot of homeless people walking around and does not seem tourist friendly

The breakfast was phenomenal, the front desk staff exceeded my expectations, My husband and I wILL be back. We also felt safe. Love having the police on duty

The kind staff, clean rooms, and on-site security made my first solo trip feel safe and comfortable.
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming and kind. They listened to all my questions and took care of every need and concern I had. They even helped me find transportation and changed my bedsheets when I asked. The breakfast area was very clean, and the staff there were also friendly and helpful. The bathroom was better than I expected and was extremely clean, which made my stay very comfortable. There was also security personnel on-site, which made me feel much safer since it was my first time traveling alone.

Enjoyed the first night but hotel needs improvement as stated above
Pros:

Breakfast was great—-although the lady/manager (Hispanic female) seemed to be a bit short with her words. She asked me what my room number was in a rude way. I felt as if she felt like I just walked in off the street and didn’t belong in the hotel.

Cons:

The first night (Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving) was very peaceful and quiet. Thanksgiving night was horrible! There was a guest next door who had his phone on speaker and was talking from 12:30 AM to around 4 AM!!! I couldn’t sleep and called the front desk to see if someone to either call and ask if he could lower his voice due to noise restraint laws that I thought were in place, like other hotels that I’ve visited.
NO ONE Answered the phone! This was NOT cool! I have to deal with the EXACT same situation at home but now I’m paying to NOT get a good night’s rest?! 🤦‍♀️ Hotel should space their guests out, leaving an open room in between guests for privacy purposes.
