דירה נחמדה במיקום מצוין, עם מארחים אדיבים - אך יש מקום לשיפור בניקיון ובתחזוקה.
Pros:

המיקום מצוין והדירה מוארת ונעימה. בעלי הדירה היו מאוד זמינים וקשובים, הגיבו במהירות, ואפשרו צ׳ק-אין מוקדם וצ׳ק-אאוט מאוחר - דבר שמאוד מוערך.

Cons:

בדירה הורגש ריח פחות נעים וחנוק, וגם המצעים היו יכולים להיות רעננים יותר. המיטות קצת קטנות. בכניסה לבניין היה ריח מהמסעדה שלמטה והמעלית ישנה ופחות נעימה. בנוסף, העלייה במדרגות לא הייתה נוחה בגלל חפצים של דיירים אחרים שחסמו את המדרגות. יש מקום לשיפור ברמת הניקיון והתחזקה (המזגן הרעיש)

Pros:

Excellent location close to the centre and transportation premises. Very clean. All necessary housing equipment for convenient living is available, clean, and in good order. 24/7 support of personnel.

Cons:

Another apartment is behind the wall without proper noise protection. Thus, if the neighbours are having early breakfast (incl. coffee in the nespresso machine) you participate in their action volens nolens in terms of sounds. :)

Perfect place for the family trip. Great location with cozy, clean, and comfortable house. We enjoyed our stay, especially kind staff and smooth system was great.

The construction site is just next to the house, but it was okay for us.

Pros:

Very big appartment with all we needed! Super friendly host, who was always available and extemy helpful!

There are connection doors to another appartment that transfer sound very easily.

Pros:

the location of the property was very good, minutes walking from the right spots. the staff was very helpful and always on top of the messages.

the property lacked cleanliness and was not equipped completely, missing basic things such as oil, scissors etc.

The host was very helpful and polite. We felt privileged thanks to Alex and will definitely book again through him next time as well.
Maybe you can add one or two elect scooter in the flat for guests to use.

The location was perfect. The rooms were beautiful, large, spacious, high ceilings, with a lot of natural light.

Cons:

The cleanliness was an issue. One of the doors was severely damaged - like someone went at it with an axe. The couch in the living room had not been cleaned in ages, it was incredibly dusty and the mattress was dirty.

Pros:

Great location right in the heart of Tel Aviv.

Cons:

The bedsheets were filthy. Blood, feces, and urine stains. I've never seen anything like it in any short term rental or hotel I've stayed at. Owner response about this was very underwhelming.
Nearby construction made it very difficult to sleep in the morning.
