Hotel plus joli à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur.
Les personnels à votre écoute, la réception un grand merci pour votre aide dans le choix de la chambre; un grand merci au veilleur de nuit d'être intervenu au sujet du bruit important fait par les personnes d'une chambre. J'ai passé un bon séjour. Je recommande fortement.

A cozy stay in a friendly town and worth it if you are going to visit the butterflies.
Pros:

Stayed here on a weekend to visit the El Rosario butterfly habitat. The staff were very helpful in telling me how to get there and even drew a map for me. The hotel is located around the corner from the combi stop where you will set off and get returned to.

Cons:

If you get the breakfast included option, keep in mind it's a continental breakfast that is located at another hotel. And the breakfast included was only fruit with yogurt and coffee. I opted to order more from the hotel's menu to have a hearty meal for the hike up to the sanctuary. Overall, I would not have added the breakfast had I known it wasn't much.

Agradable,buena atención y rico desayuno
Pros:

Todo, la atención, la habitación limpia y cómoda, no escuche ruido. Hice ejercicio en la caminadora. El desayuno delicioso o en cantidad regular como debe ser. Muchas gracias. Sin duda volvería a este hotel

El hotel está muy céntrico y el personal me atendió muy bien.

Cons:

No hay contactos eléctricos suficientes. La tv es muy pequeña. Se escucha ruido de otras habitaciones. No iluminación natural, tampoco hay elevador.

HELPFUL STAFF GREAT LOCATION
Pros:

The staff was Very friendly & Extremely Helpful even though my Spanish was so poor & they didn’t speak much English But they have helped me solved my Airline ticket issues. A BIG THANKS to the front desk lady who used Google translate App.also managed to got someone who spoke English on the phone on VIVA Aerobus👍👍👍
The location was perfect close to everything good restaurants just few door up the road Great Tostas place make yummy foods. Our room was spacious & clean.

Cons:

Only the shower head didn’t sprouted properly. Hard beds.
