Good, clean and comfortable with friendly ambience.
Pros:

Comfortable and well appointed room. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast good, with good choice. Excellent central location, easily accessible from railway station.

Clean, convenient, admirably managed, and warmly recommended.
Pros:

The staff, including Christina the manger, Jessica (I hope I recall her name correctly) the intern, three men of South Asian origin, and several others made our stay easy, comfortable, and delightful. They were all professional, helpful, and thoughtful. We liked the cleanliness, the decor, the convenient location close to buses, the castle, a large shopping mall that supplied what we forgot to pack, restaurants, and several colleges. Guests younger than we will be able to walk to nearly everything in the city. Good breakfasts, and often, treats for the guests celebrated one thing or another. The hotel is not a luxurious palace but it has everything that one needs and a superior staff.

Ideal for a short break which was what I required.
Pros:

Ideal location. Food of excellent quality. Seating provision was most adequate. Buffet choices were easy to find. Clear signage about what was available. No need to ask for assistance from staff. Staff helpful with local information.

Cons:

There was nothing easily identifiable which could be improved. Perhaps a cross reference marking off room number against booked breakfasts would help.

Pros:

Me dieron la habitación en cuanto llegue aunque fueran las 11.30 y su hora de entrada fuera las 3. Está muy bien situado, nuevo y limpio. Tiene bastante gel de baño y hidratante . No las muestras pequeñas que dan en otros hoteles . Personal muy agradable. Te resuelven con una sonrisa y rápidamente cualquier inconveniente en la habitación .

Great location and great value
Pros:

Central location and few minutes walk into town. Reception staff were attentive and proactive. We booked the larger room facing the castle. Great not having to ask for an ironing board and iron. It was super quiet and very clean.

Zincir otel olmasının da verdiği etkiyle olması gerektiği gibiydi, konumu fena değil ama tüm Avrupa otellerinde olduğu gibi park yeri problemi var. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever.

Kahve makinemizin su haznesi inanılmaz pisti, söyledik ve özür dileyip hemen değiştirdiler.
