Cons:

Courtyard by Marriot Oxford was, and still is, showing as a hotel option with Parking Available at a "Nearby Location" but this simply isn't true. The parking lot they are referring to is the underground area at the nearest shopping centre, which must be a 15 minute walk away for most gusts. No discount code for parking like other hotels in England offered me, and the cost for one night was absolutely gruelling. Definitely something that needs to be reworded on their Booking.com page, it came as a nasty surprise when I arrived.

Comfortable rooms, great staff and a good location!
Pros:

Exceptional staff who were extremely helpful and really went the extra mile to provide outstanding service. Rooms were very comfortable and we had a nice outlook onto Oxford Castle. Breakfast was good. The freshly made poached eggs were delicious!

Cons:

In our accessible bathroom, the fold down seat could do with replacing. It is covered with deep seated (sorry no pun intended) mould and was not very inviting so folded it back up and had a standing shower instead.

Decent place, better if beds changed. Overall fine for a night
Pros:

Staff happy and v helpful. Breaky not bad and shower decent. Fine for a business trip or1night sightseeing

Cons:

The bed!! Rock hard concrete! Room limited space for two people. And location wise, fine if you’re shopping but a touch outside the interesting areas.

Very pleasant, however I have stayed at better hotels for similar price
Pros:

Room was really nice, good location

Cons:

Unfortunately for me personally the bed was really hard so I didn't sleep well. Breakfast was,a bit chaotic, lack of crockery, coffee machine not working, choice could have been better.

Average room, not cleaned properly and tv didnt work.
Pros:

Location is fantastic
Aestheticly pleasing hotel

Cons:

Room wasnt clean, had previous guests belongings still on floor.
Tv didn't work and couldn't get it going.

Hotel did refund some of the stay to compensate this which was much appreciated.

Very simple room.
Nothing special, a premier inn or travelodge would have been better. Wouldn't revisit

Excellent service and quiet room
Pros:

Fantastic, excellent service and lovely staff. Due to illness and having recently been discharged from hospital, I rang to ask about early check-in. They sorted it out immediately, no problem at all. Reception asked whether we'd like something to eat and brought the food up to the room a short while later. We were given a room with two separate beds and wonderfully comfortable mattresses. The room was completely quiet. One of the best places we stayed at on this tour around England.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay!

The location is absolutely fantastic — right in the heart of Oxford, within easy walking distance of everything.

Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options for every taste, including freshly squeezed juice and fresh fruit.

Everything was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and welcoming.

There was a small misunderstanding with my room, and the hotel handled it beautifully and kindly upgraded my room. I really appreciated the way they dealt with the situation.

I also loved the fact that fresh drinking water is available on every floor, so you can refill your bottle whenever you need to.

A lovely hotel in a perfect location with wonderful service. I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it!
