Très décevant pour un 4 étoiles : climatisation en panne, parking indisponible et manque de propreté

Para el descanso no recomiendo este hote,
Pros:

Desde hace unso 40 años utilizo los servicios de Booking.com y siempre habéis utilizado este sistema en cuentas que es muy bueno.

Cons:

En el hotel permanecí 2 noches y quiero anotar dos cosas:

* El tiempo para el desayuno es corto. El segundo día no puede desayunar a las 09:30 horas.

* La habitación daba a la calle y los ruidos durante noche eran muy molestos.

AVOID THIS PLACE FOR A BUSSINES TRIP.
Pros:

The accommodation was close to my point of interest, was available with has bad and shower for not high price. It is completely non-contact, so you can probably arrive just as you want. Parking on the street around the building is free.

Cons:

The accommodation did not provide any invoice even after repeated request and urgencies on multiple communication channels. The whole house is a bit shady, although no bad experience with anyone even in the neighborhood. How it had such high ranking at the time, I do not know.

Es bestand keinerlei Erholungswert innerhalb einer Geschäftsreise in den Hotelräumen.
Cons:

Es hatte sich eine Schimmelschicht über den Quark gezogen. Das Brot war trocken, kein Ansprechpartner. Das Personal entschuldigte sich nicht für dieses Dilemma. Die Möglichkeit des Parkens ist eingeschränkt durch eine viel zu schmale Einfahrt in die Hausgarade-/ Hausparkplatz. Keine Klimatisierung der Räume möglich. Sehr veraltetes Mobiliar und leider auch die Räume nicht sauber. An der Rezeption waren keine entscheidungsbefugten Personen anzutreffen.

Sehr freundliches Personal dieses mal

Cons:

extrem schmutzige Fenster und schmutziger, nicht funktionierender Seifenspender. Wurde auch nach mehreren Bitten an der Rezeption nur teiöweise verändert.

Zum wiederholten mal nachts um drei Uhr anhaltender Lärm auf den Gängen und Klopfen an meiner Türe von Unbekannten.
Als tagsüber arbeitender Gast ein absolutes No Go wenn die Nachtruhe wegen Pöbelei gestört wird.
