Pros:

Staff was friendly and efficient and everything was well kept

Cons:

Water pressure was extremely low. The thermostat didn't allow us to maintain the temperature we needed

Looks clean but isn't
Pros:

Main lobby was nice. Desk clerk was pleasant.

Cons:

Found bedbugs on the mattress and the room had an odor that was nauseating the second I walked in. This was in room 315 just so people are aware. The front desk staff did not act surprised when I told them just said thank you for letting them know. They did not have an issue when I stated I wanted a refund and would be going elsewhere. We will see if I actually get a refund.

Breakfast was good

Cons:

It was filthy! Used plastic fork in chair. Key card under pillow in bed. Wet carpet. Hair in bed. Stains on sheets. Talked with staff. No rooms available even though parking lot was 1/4 full at 11pm. They could call in housekeeper. Supposedly did that while we were at dinner. Everything was still the same. “Cleaning “ smell was awful and over powering. Don’t waste your money on this one… I have no clue how they have an 8.7 review. They must monitor them.
