Pros:

Very clean, friendly helpful staff and surprisingly quiet since it was next to the highway.

Cons:

No restaurant on site or within convenient walking. No continuous sidewalks around area and a 6 lane road to cross even if you were willing to walk a mile to restaurants. .

Disappointing in managements lack of caring about their customers.

Cons:

The cockroach crawling around on the bathroom floor. After talking to the front desk a manager was going to contact us. Two days later we called and ask for a manager to call us since no one did. Three days later we called and someone was going to call us back and nothing. Nine days after our stay and we are still waiting. I expected more from Hilton !!

My stay was great. The location was great. It was very close to the venue we were going to. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable.
