The staff was very friendly and it was a very convenient location. However, the facility could have been better taken care off...the bed mattresses are set up on cement bases, making the beds very hard. The room we had had no windows and the room was not as clean as it should have been, especially the bathroom/shower...I guess we got what we paid for...
This is a very simple Mexican hotel. Our biggest issue, and indeed part of our ignorance, very few hotels heat their rooms in the winter season. Having said that our four previous nights were in larger hotels, with similar nightly rates, where there were heaters in the rooms. The room was very small and only blanket was a fuzzy throw type. Beds were new and comfortable. They did bring us another blanket when asked, but didn’t help much. The shower was a pipe out of the wall, no shower head, which would have worked but no hot water. We tolerated the night but checked out next morning even though we had paid for two. Very overpriced for the value.
Muy limpio y privado, personal amable, muy cerca de los globopuertos y de las piramides
Bien servicio, muy amables,. Asa espectacular, llovió y el agua entró por la puerta
