Front desk person was very nice.
Pros:

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful

Cons:

The smell in the room wasn’t pleasant and the toilet was hard to flush.

Very disappointed with the room, the landscaping and the younger staff.
Pros:

The price was adequate.

Cons:

The grounds were unkempt. You could see light all around my door when it was shut showing that it was not fit right upon installation and you could hear everything going on in the hallway. The younger staff wasn’t knowledgeable about procedures and their attitude was condescending when it was pointed out to them directly.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast bar was good.

Cons:

The first room we got had trouble with the door lock, so they gave us another room. That one was OK but there were a couple of key missed items for cleaning. The toilet seat was so disgusting (somehow it must have gotten overlooked) that I went to WalMart and bought some sanitizing wipes and wiped down everything that we would contact in the room. Had we not been given a 2nd room already, I would have asked for another room. The whole motel looked like it needed a good cleaning and possibly an upgrade, or at least a fresh coat of paint.

They served milk that was spoiled and I threw up everywhere. Having to have to replace all my medication i took just previous

Probably will not stay there next time.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK; no meat.
Staff was courteous.
Most everything worked - inside the room.

Cons:

The place needs some dedicated maintenance:
1. Remote access (room card activated) refused to activate.
2. Room door dragged on the inside carpet - not just a little.
3. Wi-Fi could not be accessed without joining your club - nonstarter for me.

I did not stay based off the appearance of the outside of the building.
Cons:

I did not like the appearance of the property. Landscape was overgrown with weeds. The window curtains were dingy. The flags flying were torn & tattered. And mold or mildew was gathering on the building wall.

Pros:

It was decent for the price you paid for it.

Cons:

One thing I could say is that we booked a room for four people, and they only gave us two towels and there was not enough hand towels also. The room was very, very dusty and the TV did not work. It turned on, but there was no channels.

The bathroom was great it was very handicap friendly

Cons:

Breakfast was sad. They offered waffles cold biscuits and day old gravy. I was glad had coffee

Pros:

The staff was friendly and courteous. The check in process was easy.

Cons:

The property had bed bugs!! A family member found them after being bitten a few times. The hotel rooms are outdated and need some TLC. The mattress was lumpy and needs to be updated.
