Not good at all
Cons:

I asked for a handicap for my 86 yr old mom. I was sent an email stating that we would have one. Upon arriving, no handicap, no elevator. We had to walk her up the stairs which was horrible for her. Tv's wouldn't come on. Front desk went and turned them on. Then in my moms room Tv went off again. I noticed the dresser was pulled out about a foot and now I know why. We had to unplug the cable and plug back in just to get the tv to work. The last night we were there, my husband didn't have any hot water. The next morning same thing for me. This place needs a huge makeover. We ownded a hotel for 37 yrs. I am very picky as is my mother. Not satisfied at all!

Poor Customer Service
Cons:

Arrived late finding out our room had no A/C..no technician to fix had to cancel room. Checked in early by phone she took out hotel fees, then when I arrived at property for room keys, he checked me in charging account agian. Had $800 hold in my account tell fixed.3 days later!!! So no...not a good stay.

The air conditioner was very noisy and they could give a different room slept with it off the mini fridge was making a sound too the bed was very springy wasn’t very comfortable
