Great location, clean place, comfortable bed and great view if you get lakeside.

Clean place, convenient location.

Cons:

The front desk person didn’t give me breakfast vouchers for the first 3 day stay because she didn’t see that I was a Bonvoy Member. Another staff member realized it on the 4th day and gave us the voucher but it was our last day there.

Extremely stressful and infuriating

They double booked me and didn’t have a room for me even though I paid for it 2 months in advance. They were able to get me a room in an hour after someone left and they cleaned it but if I would have showed up earlier I would be screwed. I still had to wonder the city with my back pack waiting for them to call me when they found a room for me
