Great location, very clean. Lovely hotel
Pros:

Room was clean and vmthw beds were extremely comfortable

Cons:

Our bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. We were in room 209. The cord for the iron was extremely short.

Overall nice place, with friendly staff.
Pros:

Walking distance to restaurants, bars & theater show that we came to town for.

Cons:

There was a dance show and a wedding going on that made the lobby overcrowded!

The rooms were clean and good size. The lobby with the multiple conversation areas was great.

Cons:

Parking was horrible had events going on, and it was almost impossible for the guest of the hotel to park. This needs to be addressed whether you have to have a parking pass or a code, but I know most of the parking was taken up by people attending the gala and the show across the street.

Probably won’t stay again. I enjoy a hot tub when I spend 244.00 on a room.
Pros:

Close to where my event was

Cons:

Been a few years since I stayed there. Last time there was a hot tub. I failed to read the amenities and was disappointed that the hot tub is no longer available.

It wasn't all bad.
Pros:

It was very close to the wedding venue and the rehearsal dinner. The front desk was very nice and extremely helpful. The onsite parking was nice.

Cons:

The furniture in the lobby was shabby and visibly falling apart. The couch in my daughter's suite was falling apart (blue, outdated sofa bed). The coffee shop said it was Starbucks, but was it really? Breakfast was not included. ( My fault, I guess, as I didn't read the fine print when I booked the rooms).

Friendly and helpful staff, I appreciated the availability of towels and other amenities both in the room as well as the gym / pool.

Cons:

The other guests created messes in the halls and were loud most of the night.

Way too expensive during the middle of the week and nothing of value going on in Muskegon. Family members who live in Muskegon were astonished at the outrageous cost.

Good location for the concert, very pricey $$$$$

Staff was very nice and helpful. Convenience of walking to the concerts

Cons:

No free breakfast like almost 100% of hotels provide, horrible restaurant menu. Not enough luggage carts, prices are as if they are a very high class hotel, definitely needs remodeling in the rooms, ceiling peeling, caulk coming off the tube, cracks in walls, no curtains, just saying it’s definitely not worth the price you are charging, the last owner, had free flavored water with fresh fruit by the desk and coffee available 24 hours a day! I have been coming for 9 years but ONLY because of the location, sorry you ask!
