Pænt og solidt hotel . Helt ok .
Pros:

Rigtig fin beliggenhed.gode indkøbsmuligheder og restauranter i nærheden. Virker som et ungdomskvarter .Lidt slidt ,men velfungerende hotel . Morgenbuffet pæn.

Cons:

Hårde madrasser i sengene .

Kvarteret rundt om hotellet er præget af en del skæmmende graffiti.

Renovierung sollte in Angriff genommen werden
Pros:

Wir waren zuletzt im Jahr 2024 in diesem Hotel und schätzen die Lage nach wie vor sehr, sie ist wirklich ein großer Pluspunkt und ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Wir konnten bei offenem Fenster problemlos ohne Geräuschentwicklung schlafen (Zimmer nicht an der Straße). Zimmer sind sauber!

Insgesamt hat das Hotel durch die tolle Lage weiterhin viel Potenzial, allerdings ist eine Renovierung der Zimmer aus unserer Sicht dringend erforderlich, um den Aufenthalt wieder rundum angenehm zu machen.

Cons:

Leider müssen wir aber sagen, dass sich seit unserem letzten Besuch nichts an den Zimmern getan hat. Schon damals hatten wir angemerkt, dass eine Renovierung dringend notwendig wäre, doch diese ist bislang offenbar ausgeblieben. Zwar sind die Zimmer sauber und werden gut gereinigt, was wir positiv hervorheben möchten, jedoch sind die Möbel mittlerweile deutlich abgenutzt und wirken insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders der Teppichboden fällt negativ auf, da er stark fleckig ist.

Gutes Hotel für 2-3 Nächte. Wir würden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein super ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick auf das begrünte Dach eines Gebäudes.
Somit kann man nachts ohne Trubel gut schlafen.

Nichts.

Leider traurig!

Eine erstklassige Lage. Ein Lichtblick waren auch die Damen im Früchstücksraum.

Cons:

Das Haus und die Zimmer sind am Ende ihrer Zeit. Das Frühstück einfallslos. Der Bodenbelag in dem Flur, in der von uns bewohnten Etage überfällig .Ein Fenster ließ sich nicht schließen, ein Fernseher funktionierte gar nicht genauso wie eine Lampe am Kopfende des Bettes. Die Fliesen im Bad defekt, der WC-Sitz nicht passend. Die Toilette mit Sprüngen und die Bürste unmöglich.

Die Lage, der Preis war für die Ostertage OK

Cons:

Eines der Zimmer war total rott. Nach Zimmertausch war es OK. 2 Nächte Krach durch feiernde Gäste im Nachbarzimmer. Auf die Einhaltung der Ruhezeiten wird KEINEN Wert gelegt bzw. diese wird nicht durchgesetzt. Schade, wenn man am nächsten Tag konzentrierter Arbeit nachgehen soll.
