Bei auch nur 1 Übernachtung erwarte ich kein Sperrmüllzimmer.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war zufriedenstellend. Das Hotel befindet sich an einer Hauptverkehrsstr. im Schanzenviertel. Zum Glück hatten wir ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof. Die neue Flora ist fussläufig erreichbar; eine Bushaltestelle gegenüber vom Hotel.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer (Zimmer 417) mit nur 1 Stuhl als Sitzgelegenheit. Handtücher waren nur für 2 Personen hinterlegt. Das Mobiliar war abgenutzt, beschädigt, abgelöstes Funier. Die mit Kunstleder bezogene Rückwand vom Doppelbett war extrem abgenutzt. Die Fenstervorhänge hingen notdürftig an der Gardinenstange.

Good for a couple of nights.
Pros:

The location is close to the Schanzeviertel with a bus stop close by. The walk to the UBahn is about 10 minutes, on Stresemannstraße. The property itself was clean. Staff at front desk friendly. Parking on site was nice to have, but tight with stacking spaces. Once parked we didn’t move it. Also liked that there was a small market next door. Restaurant at the hotel looked nice, but expensive. We ate at Cafe Stenzel a block away which has great cakes and tortes.

Cons:

There is no a/c in the rooms. Our room felt like a sauna, which considering the extreme heat Germany there was no way to cool the room even at night. A fan at least would have been helpful. The small fridge also did not work, so no way to chill beverages.

Die recht gute zentrale Lage

Cons:

Das die Zimmer äßetst spartanisch waren und weder Kühlschrank noch Klimaanlage boten. Die zusätzliche sonnige Lage meines Zimmers 110 taten ihr letztes, für kaum erträgliche Temperaturen in den heißesten Tagen des Jahres. Auch die Auswahl des Frühstücks für 18€ ist entweder Wucher oder eine Frechheit, je nachdem, wie man es sieht…

Ich kann dieses Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Ein gutes Hotel mit einer tollen Ausstattung, die es ermöglicht hat im Zimmer zu frühstücken. Die Betten sind komfortabel, das Badezimmer war sauber und das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ebenfalls toll- nur 3 Min bis zur Bushaltestelle, außerdem gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Innenbereich könnte eine Renovierung gut gebrauchen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut ud das Personal war super freundlich.

Das Zimmer war leider in keinem gutem Zustand.
Die Gardinen waren zum Teil heruntergerissen etliche Fliesen hatten Schäden.
