Pros:

Das Zimmer war relativ groß aber Renovierungsbedürftig. Fußläufig ist man schnell am Stage Theater der neuen Flora und umliegend gibt es einige Geschäfte zum stöbern. Das Frühstück war gut und lecker. Es gab genug Auswahl und es wurde immer frisch nach gelegt.

Cons:

Das Personal war zum Teil etwas unfreundlich und nicht so zuvorkommend wie man es eventuell erwarten würde. In unserem Zimmer gab es im Bad Silberfische und das Bad müsste dringend Saniert werden.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel
Pros:

Lediglich das Frühstück war ok und die freundlichen Angestellten

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Dreckige Wände und Teppichböden, Fernseher ging nicht und trotz mehrfacher Reklamation erst als Angebot nach 2 Tagen in ein anderes Zimmer umgesiedelt. 4 Tage Aufenthalt und kein einziges mal Zimmerreinigung. Schwarze Fugen in der Dusche (Schimmelsporen?) und in beiden Zimmern Waschbecken gesprungen.

Alles in allem gut!!!!
Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Bett gut, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Auch das Frühstück war gut. Für uns lag das Hotel sehr günstig, wir besuchten das Musical " Tarzan" Genau gegenüber vom Hotel war die Bushaltestelle, zu Fuß waren es nur etwas 10 Minuten. Es war nur etwas schwer die Tiefgarage zu finden. Sonst alles bestens

Für einen Kurztrip noch okay
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab eine große Auswahl. Das dortige Personal war schnell beim nachfüllen und freundlich. Die Lage des Hotel war gut um zum Stage Theater Neue Flora zu Fuß zu gehen. Um zum Beispiel zu den Landungsbrücken zu kommen, konnte man günstig mit der U3 unweit vom Hotel fahren.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist schon etwas älter. Die Matrazen der Betten sind aus unserer Sicht viel zu weich, war nicht gut für den Rücken. Die Auslegware im Zimmer war fleckig, im Bad lagen noch einzelne Haare von anderen Gästen. Da das Zimmer was wir bekommen haben zur Straße lag, konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen, es war viel zu Laut. Wir hatten vorher angefragt um ein Zimmer in ruhiger Lage zu bekommen. Hat leider nicht funktioniert.
