Pros:

Die Nähe zum Theater neue Flora, Tiefgarage (allerdings mit Zusatzkosten)

Cons:

Baustelle direkt vorm Fenster, auch die Straße runter eine riesige Baustelle wo 22Uhr noch gehämmert.
Die Teppiche auf den Fluren sind sehr runter gekommen.
Das Bett war abgeschrabbt, Vorhänge nur halb befestigt

in großen und ganzen ein gutes sauberes Hotel mit Tolles Frühstücksbuffet
Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel wegen eines Theater Besuches gewählt. Lage war top, man konnte zu Fuß zum Theater.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker

Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit
Es wurde auf meine Beschwerde eingegangen und ich bekam ein neues Zimmer

Cons:

Als ich auf das Zimmer kam war das Badezimmer dreckig (Haare im Syphon war schon älter)
Der Teppich im Flur hatte viele Flecken
Der Speisesaal war sehr dunkel

Gerne wieder, wenn wir in Hamburg sind
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, zu Fuß in den Kiez, der Bus geht alle fünf Minuten zur S-Bahn oder zur U-Bahn. Bequemes Bett, geräumiges Zimmer. Gute Lage, um zum Beispiel zum Musical zu fahren.

Cons:

Leider kein Kühlschrank, er hätte aber gut Platz. Also haben wir unser Bier und unsere Milch zum Kühlen an der Rezeption abgegeben. Treppauf und treppab, um einen Kaffee zu kochen. Denn der in der Rezeption angebotene Kaffee ist gruselig, steht wahrscheinlich den ganzen Tag dort. Kaffee bringt man sich am besten selbst mit, denn den gibt es auf dem Zimmer nicht. Aber immerhin einen Wasserkocher. War wohl alles mal anders.
Unser Zimmer war zu laut von der Straße her, nächstes Mal nach hinten raus buchen. Dann kann man vielleicht sogar mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Ansonsten war alles gut.

Die Lage war sehr gut und man kommt von dort mit der s Bahn überall hin

Cons:

Traurig die haben noch nicht mal Toiletten Papier wenn man noch welches braucht und im Bad waren viele fliesen kaputt und die Fugen sahen auch nicht mehr gut aus
