Pros:

Location was Perry

Cons:

The elevators were down and we were on the fourth floor. I lost think
I was overcharged. I am waiting on the copy of the bill.

Pros:

The price was a little cheaper

Cons:

The pool was closed and the elevators were out and the staff didn't see if it was a room closed enough and just put me on the 4th floor. Walking up all them stairs with 4 bags was a heart attack waiting to happen.

Parking was no parking left at hotel I had to park 3 parking lots over next to the other hotel that is shared parking .

Awesome stay and great service!
Pros:

I’m currently about five days into my stay at this Holiday Inn Express in Indianapolis, and I felt like the staff deserved a review while I’m still here.
Every single staff member I’ve interacted with has been remarkable. The front desk team has consistently been kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming. Whether we’ve had a question, a request, or just walked in the door after being out for the day, they’ve always greeted us with friendliness and professionalism.
I also want to highlight the housekeeping staff. They have been incredibly attentive during our stay. Almost every day they’ve either cleaned our room or stopped by to ask if we needed service. At many hotels housekeeping skips days or alternates cleaning schedules, but here we’ve felt very well taken care of. The housekeeping team has been wonderful.
Another standout has been the breakfast. I’ve stayed at quite a few Holiday Inn Express locations, and the breakfast here tastes noticeably fresher than many others I’ve experienced. Everything has been well stocked and the quality has been consistently good.
Overall, this location has been excellent so far. The staff across the board clearly care about the guests and take pride in their work. It has made our stay here in Indianapolis especially pleasant.

Won’t be back
Pros:

The location was decent in relation to the event we were in town for.

Cons:

Not enough parking spots in the parking lot. We were there for two nights and each night we were woken up by people in the hall. At midnight on the first night there was a fight outside our room in the hall. People were screaming and throwing things down the hall at each other. At Midnight the second night people were yelling and screaming running up and down the hallway. The staff then knocked on our door, while we were trying to sleep through all this and tried to accuse us of the ones making the noise. Get it together.

Nice rooms, loud environment.
Pros:

Rooms are newer looking, and the price isn’t bad. A lot of freeway noise though and in a little bit of a rough area. Walls are paper thin and you hear everything your room neighbors say. Pool hours are fairly limited not opening until 9am and closing at 10pm.

Quick stop over
Pros:

Hotel was quiet and Clerk was welcoming and very friendly.
My 2nd floor room and surroundings were also quiet and very clean. The King bed was very comfortable ,comforter was fluffy and warm.

Broken down airport shuttle
Pros:

I almost fell on the slick hardwood floors. Also, their airport shuttle that was to take us to the airport was broken down and we had to get an Uber. They advertise that they have a shuttle which was why we stayed there. I would never stay there again !!

Great room, price, and free breakfast choices and close to IND airport.
Pros:

I stayed at the Rockville Rd Holiday Inn Express for one night. I had a very comfortable room with plenty of space to move around. Very clean and reasonably priced. Close to the Indianapolis airport with free shuttle service which is why I picked this hotel. The morning front desk person, Sheila, was very helpful and accommodating. The free breakfast offered a lot of choices. Highly recommended for service and price.
