Broken down airport shuttle
Pros:

I almost fell on the slick hardwood floors. Also, their airport shuttle that was to take us to the airport was broken down and we had to get an Uber. They advertise that they have a shuttle which was why we stayed there. I would never stay there again !!

Great room, price, and free breakfast choices and close to IND airport.
Pros:

I stayed at the Rockville Rd Holiday Inn Express for one night. I had a very comfortable room with plenty of space to move around. Very clean and reasonably priced. Close to the Indianapolis airport with free shuttle service which is why I picked this hotel. The morning front desk person, Sheila, was very helpful and accommodating. The free breakfast offered a lot of choices. Highly recommended for service and price.

It Was a great experience, the breakfast was delicious, the lady cleaning tables im the morning at breakfast was always smiling, the coffe at lobby always nice, but i wanna thank miss *Twyla*, miss *Tracy* and Miss *Fallon* they were helpfull, nice and so lovely Girls, ready to be managers lol 😁😁 always ready for any kind of question or need, thank you beautiful ladies, they were nice all the time with me, 10 stars for this beautiful ladies, Oh also housekeeping ladies were smiling along the aísle, we' ll come back soon

Great hotel when flying
Pros:

This Holiday Inn Express exceeds any expectations! We had trouble where our reservation was canceled when we changed dates but front desk, quickly got a room to meet our needs. We did a stay/park/fly, an awesome deal. When we returned our car battery was dead! Fallon, at the front desk, found cables and worked to get us on our way! She was awesome!!! Thank you Fallon!

235 dollars a night is too much for that place.

Cons:

You took an extra 100 out of my account and did not return the money like you promised. Since December 24th I've been waiting for my money back. Lady claims 3 to 5 business days...nothing yet.

Pros:

The front desk manager Fallon was an amazing and great help. We had issues with IHG rewards but Fallon was very gracious and patient and helped us solve the issues in the most timely manner she could.

Here for our daughter’s college graduation. The flight delayed by 4 hours, arriving at 5 am. The hotel was kind enough to accommodate by extending our check out time to noon. Tracy and Fallon were kind and helpful, making our stay a pleasure. Thanks!
