Noisy but reasonably priced
Pros:

The location is good and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The hotel failed to inform us that they were doing renovations while we were there. Construction began between 7am and 8am each day we were there and was very noisy. They were working on the roof and siding. We were not able to sleep in at all. Also, because of the construction the back parking lot was not available to use so there were a few nights that we could not park at the hotel. We had to park at a neighboring hotel and then worry about our car. The breakfast selection was very slim as well. There was also a funny burning smell on the 3rd floor and elevator.

Cons:

Hall carpet is dirty and looks ti be shifting. Desk in room was covered with ants that where there again in the morning. Shower head needed delimed and shower was discolored.

The elevator certificate was for “sleep inn”. I feel like this still the vibe but with better linen.
Pros:

Great bedding and towels

Cons:

Wi-Fi connect but the drops. Staff not responsive to the concern — I tried their suggestion to turn device in and off without issue resolution. Breakfast wasn’t to typical standard of ihg hotel.

It was a comfortable sleep to break up our long drive.
Pros:

Property was in a great location. Room was clean and the staff was amazing both checking in and checking out. They have 24hr tea and coffee. They are planning some great renovations.

Cons:

Stairwell smelled like burnt rubber and the carpets were dirty. The bathroom sink wouldn’t turn off.

Overall wasn't horrible. Just needs some repairs.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, friendly staff, comfy bed. Location wasn't bad.

Cons:

There was a hole in my ceiling, looked like mold around a corner of the heating/ cooling unit. Had ants crawling on the desk table.

Eggs were tasteless and bland more like powdered eggs. Coffee was weak and cereal selection was poor.
Need more towels in the room.
