Hotel antigo, porém a hospitalidade compensa a idade do hotel. Tudo bem cuidado, café da manhã ótimo, atendimento e acolhimento nota 10.

Hotel perfeito e bem localizado!
Pros:

Excelente hotel! Gostei muito por ter quartos espaçosos estilo flat, com cozinha e sala. Tudo muito limpo e organizado, e a localização é excelente para quem quer ficar próximo a Vila Capivari. O café da manhã também é bem completo e muito gostoso.

Ótima estadia
Pros:

Ótimo atendimento e ambiente espaçoso. Só tem que andar numa rua sem saída para chegar e sair do hotel e um percurso de uns 8 minutos andando para chegar ao centro. Mas achei tranquilo, mesmo preferindo não voltar tarde a pé.

Melhor café da manhã de Campos do Jordão!
Pros:

Atendimento maravilhoso, café da manhã maravilhoso , acho que um dos melhores que já me hospedei. Já é a minha terceira vez e dessa vez levei minha irmã e cunhado. Super recomendo. Além da excelência, perto de tudo.

O Flat é excelente!! Confesso que nunca vi um hotel tão limpo e organizado. Café da manhã é um pecado para os amantes de doces e folhados no geral. Super indico. Fiquei num flat com 2 quartos e foi excelente para uma viagem em família!!!

Hotel excelente, principalmente o café da manhã. Quartos limpos e camas confortáveis. Localização é boa, mas precisa fazer uma pequena caminhada para o Parque Capivari.

Excelente. Foi minha segunda vez no Palazzo Reale e novamente não decepcionou: super perto do centrinho, bom espaço, conforto e bom café da manhã. Super recomendo!

Bom custo x beneficio.
Pros:

1) Check-in e Recepção
Fomos bem recebido na chegada e o check-in foi rápido e eficiente.
Funcionários sempre bem simpáticos e prestativos.

2) Quarto.
Quanto ao quarto estava limpo e bem conservado.
As roupas de cama e toalhas estavam limpas.
O quarto era confortável porem não tão silencioso devido a presença de crianças
Todos os equipamentos (ar-condicionado, TV, chuveiro, etc.) funcionavam corretamente.
O Único senão é para o sofá que gera um desconforto, sendo muito duro.

3) Limpeza e manutenção
Áreas comuns e corredores estavam limpos.

4) Serviços e Comodidades
O café da manhã era variado e de boa qualidade mas acho que poderia ter mais opções como opções de omelete,Tapioca, salada de frutas entre outros.

O Wi-Fi funcionava bem.

Apesar de possuir piscina eu não utilizei e não posso avaliar.

5) Localização.
O hotel está bem localizado em relação aos pontos de interesse ficando em torno de 5 a 10 minutos do pontos turísticos de Campos.

A chegada e saída do hotel é muito fácil para o acesso aos diversos pontos turísticos de Campos.

6) Atendimento.
Os funcionários foram prestativos durante toda a estadia, sendo todas as solicitações e dúvidas foram resolvidas rapidamente.

7) Custo-Beneficio.
O valor pago correspondeu à qualidade dos serviços e instalações oferecidos.

8) Experiencia em Geral.
Segunda vez que fico hospedado neste hotel e recomendo pelo ótimo custo-benefício recomendando a outras pessoas

Very hospitable
Lovely hotel and nicely decorated
In the heart if Capivari and easy access to the main visitors attractions
Great prices at the bar 15 reias for a caipirinha and it was lush
Our room was huge with a kitchen a sitting room and dining area. Bathroom was adequate and shower works fine.
Bedroom was spacious and no loud noise and well blacked out. Large TV with plenty of channels.
Good facilities saunas X 2 and warm pool
Games room was empty most of the time but a canny pool table and air hockey to play
Gyme at the back of the car park a little run down but does the job
Open fire in the entrance foyer is lovely to sit by at night
Large lounge area too to watch football or other with friends
Only very few negatives
Bed rock solid so be aware to fluff up a couple of pillows to not wake up with pains
Take your own iron
Laundry can get expensive
All in all really happy we chose this hotel
