No check-out teve uma situação chata. A água disponível no frigobar do quarto era em garrafinhas bem pequenas (acho que uns 200ml). Tomei 3. Lembro de ter visto o preço de R$5, o que já era caro para uma garrafinha tão pequena. Na hora de pagar o consumo na saída o atendente foi bem grosseiro e disse que era R$8, mesmo eu argumentando que tinha visto o valor menor no cardápio do frigobar. Resumindo: foi a única pessoa que me atendeu mal, todos os outros funcionários foram bem simpáticos e poxa, não precisa cobrar tanto por uma mini garrafinha dágua.
Limpeza e serviços
Hotel é relativamente novo e bem cuidado, quarto espaçoso e cama confortável, banheiro bom e café da manhã com boas opções. Restaurante funciona a noite e quebra um bom galho. Serviço de manobrista eficiente.
Não tenho o que reclamar ou frisar sobre o Naalt.
