Pros:

Razoável, acho que deveria ter mais privacidade nas divisas entre um quarto e outro, vi uma barata saindo do frigobar, solicitamos limpeza no quarto e não o fizeram, a caldeira q aquece as piscinas fica próximo ao quarto e faz muito barulho quando está ligada.

Pros:

O quarto estava com alguns móveis sujos e enferrujados. O banheiro estava com teia de aranha nas paredes e o chuveiro quase todo entupido, saindo o mínimo de água. Ratos ou algum animal andando a noite toda no forro do quarto.

Pros:

Atendimento Maravilhoso, os funcionários pelo menos o dia que fiquei super educados e prestativos!
Pecou muito na manutenção do local, hidromassagem tive que solicitar alguém pra arrumar pq estourou o cano de água, Wi-Fi oscila muito, ralo do banheiro entupido e caso queira a hidromassagem de noite a água é só fria, lâmpadas da área externa queimada. Porém lugar lindo pra descanso voltarei sim outras vezes, apesar de tudo na manutenção eles arrumaram após eu entrar em contato.

O que mais gostei foi do almoço. Não gostei: da precariedade do estabelecimento para suprir as necessidades de consumo da clientela. Outro grande problema do estabelecimento, é a dificuldade em estabelecer contato, seja por que meio for, quando solicitei confirmação de reserva.

O ambiente muito agradável, muito verde, teria sido tudo muito maravilhoso se não foce a comida, muito cara por não ter opção, no almoço de sábado, os petisco que pedimos nada tinha e o que tinha o funcionário não podia fazer porque esta só, e o senhor que nos procurou se estava tudo bem, reclamamos da comida, no dia seguinte foi grosso no cafe da manhã me atendeu como se tivesse me fazendo um favor
