Avoid this disgusting accommodation.
Pros:

We booked this hotel after seeing the beautiful photos of the resort, online.
This is a very old, tired and dated hotel.
It is hidden behind a very new and beautiful building that is a coffee house, cafe.
Our air conditioning didn’t work and our friend had no electricity in his room.
We went to the restaurant as soon as we arrived, as it closed at 7pm.
We were told that the kitchen was closed, as it was 7pm.
After explaining that we had driven for over 6 hours, they reluctantly reopened the kitchen.
Our food was inedible.
A pizza that looked and tasted nothing like a pizza, it was disgusting.
Steak that was too tough to chew. Chicken that had no flavour and was very chewy.
The rice and fries were cold. The vegetables were okay.
Breakfast was also of a very low standard.
Almost all members of staff were unhelpful, unfriendly, unprofessional and rude. Especially the manager, who was extremely unpleasant, unhelpful and sarcastic. We saw the owner/director of the coffee Cafe who was also unpleasant and actually scowled at us, when we were checking out.
There was a staff member called Max, who was very kind and helpful.
The swimming pool was very dated and too dirty to swim in. The gardens were overgrown.
Please avoid this hotel at all costs. It is appalling in every way.

No Intercom
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay here. The only drawback here was that there was no room service and neither an intercom by the means of which you could call for something or just ask for something as simple as the wifi password. You have to climb all the way up to the reception for any sort of information. Also if you are visiting on weekdays and they don’t have many guests. The kitchen closes by 6.

The views are spectacular and the rooms decently maintained.

Would surely recommend if you are willing to let go of the above negatives..!!

Pros:

The place was rather run down. Toilet had cobwebs. Full of mold around the sink. Outdoor bathtub was extremely dirty. Bedsheets were torn. There were thousands and thousands of midges in the room during the night. Entire bed, room and ceiling were filled with them. Mosquito net provided was only enough to cover 30% of the bed. The worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in.

Rooms outside in-bewtween a lot of trees
Pros:

I'm glad that we stayed at the hotel off the season - at the time when it wasn't so crowded. There is a lot of trees and grass everywhere, and the atmosphere is supported by nice signs. I felt like in some expensive well-maintained hotel, even though this was not the specific case.
Obviously, the place offers few services, but we just slept in our room and used the restaurant for dinner. I appreciated a fact that it's possible to take drinking water, coffee, or tea from buffet for free, similar is it is with breakfast.
For breakfast, you can find in the restaurant sunny side up eggs prepared in funny shapes, such as heart, star, etc.

Poor Hub, try somewhere else
Pros:

Poor facilities, tired rooms and untidy garden areas, swimming pool was dreadful and we wouldn't swim anywhere near it. Breakfast was really poor (toast or omelette) with little choice and no fresh milk. Can get a boat trip to Erawan waterfalls which is pleasant but that was the only redeeming factor I'm afraid. Had to pay extra for a bed for my 11 year old despite an empty hotel.

Bad
Pros:

Original room had an ant infestation. One of the front desk receptionists were rude whilst rectifying the situation.

Food in the restaurant was abysmal. Chicken was too salty, omelette was overcooked, and the fish was too sweet.

Good location
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to restaurants and cafe, and The resort offers river boat ride to the national park. But it was dirty and bugs and insets everywhere inside the room and bathroom... also, the room gets so cold at night

Relaxing getaway plus a day at the waterfall
Pros:

If you plan to visit Erawan Waterfall, this resort is a great choice. The resort provides transport to waterfall via raft which you can view the scenery along the river before arriving at the waterfall wharf.
Keep in mind that this resort is near the waterfall but far from the city. If you don’t mind having meals at the resort or a drive to restaurants then this place is perfect.

Very good resort close to Erawan Falls
Pros:

Nice resort in spacious grounds with a choice of bungalows or rafts. After are last experience on a raft we took bungalows. Very good king size beds with facilities in rooms. Restaurant food rather limited with choice of buffet dinner at 150 baht or order from menu. Nice swimming pool. The views from restaurant extension are spectacular.

Beautiful spot but...
Pros:

This place was beautiful and the staff were very friendly but during our stay it catered mostly to large tour groups who were generally rude to us and the staff. It was good that we mostly were around only to sleep. The rooms were clean and the “Tarzan 3” has a very private balcony. It was located near the kitchen so for a while after diner hour it was noisy as the staff cleaned up. I didn’t get a chance to see the other rooms so I can’t comment on them. The food at the restaurant was obviously made bland to appeal to these tour groups.

Nice Thai place
Pros:

I stayed here with my family, my husband and I really enjoyed it, it's very Thai, right on the river. They even have raft rooms available. I enjoyed the breakfast, but FYI, they do not serve fresh brewed coffee, it's instant. My dad who was visiting wasn't happy about that. That was the only complaint from our group. The rooms were clean and the view was great. A 7-11 was a quick drive away for beer and snacks.

this was a nightmare!
Pros:

we booked for 4 days, the first day we arrived there we had to wait for 30 mins to get the room done and after checking in we have to carry our 2 big bags to the room by ourselves and the room is like in the picture it's soooo dirty..
the first night we ordered some food to eat at the balcony and it took a long time to get the food and also the staff forgot to bring forks and spoons so we had to bring it by ourselves again..
the second day we went to the waterfall and got back late afternoon and when we got back the clean ladies didnt clean our room so I called the manager and asked for this and they just came to clean for 5 mins and changed us the dirty blanket and after that i got allergic and itchy...
the third day the clean ladies brought our food from the first day we had to put in front off our room! dirty food and no one keep that and it took 3 or maybe more to clean and keep those dishes.. so we left the hotel and i wont reccommant this to anyone...

Mini break to Erawan National Park
Pros:

This hotel was recommended by my girlfriend and is a Thai resort not on the normal booking websites.
The rooms where basic and traditional, clean with refrigerator, tv and aircon.
The food was great and staff helpful.

A little out of the way but the resort has a coffee shop & a 7-eleven is a short drive away.
