Friendly relaxed hotel near the harbour
Pros:

Comfortable relaxed hotel near the harbour. We were in an annex next to the main building. The room was comfortable with good shower and comfy bed.
Restaurant was great. Friendly staff and good choice of food. Breakfast was also excellent. We loved it and would recommend to everyone.

Poooor pooor customer service, avoid at all costs
Pros:

Very bad experience with this hotel. We booked rooms for 10 people, however they did not let us know, that the road to their hotel closes down at 10PM every day because of construction work on the road. Because we did ot receive this information, we could not get to the hotel and had to find a new accomodation in the middle of the night for 10 people. When I complained to the hotel, they would not acknowledge their mistake, even lied to me, that they did not know about the closure, even thou it was ongoing for two weeks already. I even sugested they moved my reservation to next year, as we visit Lofoten regularly, but they did not care at all about us as customers.

Spot on amazing value for money
Pros:

I rarely think a hotel is 10/10 but given the value for money, nice big almost silent room, amazing staff, easy parking and for Norway the most amazing value for money I really cannot fault this property. I was leaving super early and even got a breakfast bag. The restaurant was great. If I ever need a hotel in this area I'll stay here!

Ein idealer Ort für einen Zwischenstopp beim Weg auf die Lofoten, wenn man von/nach EVENES fliegt. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und im Haus selbst ist ein leckeres Restaurant, in dem auch das Frühstück serviert wird.

Die direkte Lage am Hafen. Das Ambiente beim Frühstück, dass man auch draußen sitzen kann.
Das App. war sehr schön eingerichtet und die Betten wunderbar bequem.

Nice hotel at 1 minute from the ferry.
Good breakfast, and a very good dinner as well.
All the reception people have been very friendly and helpful with us.

Gemütliches Hotel am Fjord - Bestes Preis Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Wir haben dort unseren Ruhetag verbracht und haben es sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind top, das Restaurant in dem das Frühstück gereicht wird ist sehr gemütlich. Personal sehr nett und die Lage am Fjord passte sehr gut.

Cozy restaurant/pub. Friendly staff. Good food. Our room, in an adjacent building was very basic, but was clean and spacious and met our needs for an overnight on the way to the airport.
