急行の停まる四日市駅に近い。周辺に商業施設が多い。トイレと風呂が別になっている。

Cons:

チェックイン時の説明が統一されておらず、わかりにくい。フロントに連絡できる電話機がない。指定駐車場が無く、近隣の駐車料金が高い。フロントの対応が、恐らくマニュアル通りなのだろうが、不要な情報も含め１から説明を始め、聞くのに疲れる。宿泊者で無くても、フロントを通過せず、自由に館内に入れるのでセキュリティが心配。部屋、トイレ、風呂が狭い。

ベッドのマットレスが硬かった。
お風呂場が扉を開けたら直接あるのが少し不便だと感じた(父と娘2人だったため、着替えのしにくさを感じた)。
