Clean, big room, kettle with tea. The breakfast was amazing & the view from the restaurant was perfect 🤌🏼 the staff were superb, especially Suraj who served us breakfast.
Location was good for us, but could be a bit far out of Thamel for some people, maybe a 10-15 minute walk.

Vlak bij, maar niet in Thamel. Schone kamers, warme douche, toilet op kamer, lekker bed, klein balkon en mooi dakterras voor ontbijt en diner.

Lovely hosts,, great location in a peaceful residential neighbourhood 10 minutes from busy Thamel, stylish building, a very comfy bed, and an awesome rooftop restaurant with great views to enjoy the generous breakfasts.
The setting of the hotel was perfect for breakfast with a mountain view. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating for the guests. Seemed genuinely happy to offer local advice and suggestions whilst being interested in people's travels.
Slightly hard to find. Some pre signs in the street would help. The bed side plugs also were not working.
Beautiful unique hotel with historic charm and beauty. It is clean and the rooms are amazing. The staff are lively and very helpful. The restaurant food was great and I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were so kind and so helpful. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. And I could walk everywhere I wanted to go within 20-30 minutes although there’s always cabs around if you don’t want to walk. My room was spotless and everything I needed, including a cute little balcony where I could have a cup of tea in the morning before breakfast. And so affordable!
We had a wonderful stay here! We originally planned to only spend 2 nights here but extended our stay to 6 nights! It’s very nice and comfortable and not far from Thamel, the service is excellent. Would definitely recommend staying in Nivas Boutique Home.
