Pros:

环境很好 虽然小小的但对独行的旅行者来说很有安全感！人也很好 来加德的几天一直没办电话卡都是酒店的人帮忙打车的没有一点不耐烦🥺很可爱我说要去博卡拉那天 行程有点赶还得带个28寸大行李箱 酒店经理直接说要给个黑包我哈哈哈哈哈 其他人的服务也很贴心 去博卡拉期间帮忙寄存在酒店里的东西也没有任何不见 大家来玩可以放心订的一家小酒店呀 ~~真的酒店的人都特别好 体验感很棒！

Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Prima kamer met lekker bed. Het hotel zit op een rustige plek, vanwaar je gemakkelijk naar de drukkere plaatsen wandelt.

Kleine Oase mit Dachterrasse
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel, etwas am Rand des quirligen Zentrums gelegen, sehr ruhig, man kann wunderbar schlafen. Es hat eine sehr gute Küche und unglaublich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Perfekte Location für ein paar angenehme Tage in Kathmandu.

Pros:

What a wonderfull place. Nivas felt more like a home than a hotel.

The traditional vibe and interior makes you feel right at home. Dev, the owner, and all the staff, are warm and kind. They helped us with everything. Even last minute changes in our planning were no problem.

The location is ideal. Far enough from hectic Thamel, but close enough, 10 min walk, to go for dinner or do some shopping.

Unfortunately we got ill for a couple of days. Everyone was so helpful and went beyond and above. We got adjusted dishes to get us back on our feet and were guided to the closest pharmacy.

We had a wonderfull stay at Nivas and highly recommend it. We can't stress enough how helpful and friendly everyone was and what a marvellous place this is.

We definitely will be back ;)

Eine architektonische Perle
Pros:

-Sehr schöne Architektur
-Helles, ruhiges Zimmer mit Allem, was man braucht.
-Sehr guter Hotelservice
-Tolle Dachterrasse im Lounge-Stil mit Essenmöglichkeit
-Ich bin für weitere fünf Tage zurückgekommen - was sehr für diese Unterkunft spricht.

Cons:

-Das Frühstücksangebot ist ziemlich überteuert.
-Das wiederholte, eindringliche Fragen nach einer 10-Punkte-Bewertung hier auf Booking empfand ich als sehr unangenehm.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen, die Dachterrasse war ein Ort der Erholung und wir haben dort die Aussicht über die Stadt genossen.

Das Personal war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und um uns bemüht. Wir können das Hotel daher empfehlen.

Nice Hotel, Wonferful staff
Pros:

The friendliest people ever
Genuine and Humble human beings, the hotel is cute and well decorated, the breakfast is very rich and full of options, lovely rooftop terrace, the staff is always willing to help and make sure you feel well looked after… Honestly the are amazing.
