Great value for money, great breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff!
Pros:

I arrived after a very long flight, sleep deprived and a bit disoriented, at it was so nice to arrive at this hotel. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was large and nicely decorated. Breakfast was very tasty and it is really nice to sit and eat at the rooftop terrace with great views. I had a small breakdown when an ATM took my credit card, and a very nice staff member kindly helped me figure everything out and made me feel at ease. Overall a great experience, good value for the very affordable price and great service from every person working there from the cleaners, servers, drivers and receptionists.

I had a really special stay here. What touched me the most was the kindness of the people. The staff were sincere, warm and truly wonderful.

I have traveled to many places around the world, but this was one of the warmest and most memorable stays I’ve ever had.

The space is beautifully designed, very clean, and full of thoughtful details. Meal also good especially milk tea and chicken momo were great.

Coming back here always felt comforting. The rooftop became my favorite place to relax and recharge.

Because of this place, Kathmandu became a city I will always remember with warmth.
Thank you for everything. I’m truly grateful!

A real gem of a place to stay
Pros:

Beautiful room, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Amazing views from the rooftop restaurant - a little oasis of calm right in the centre of Kathmandu.

环境很好 虽然小小的但对独行的旅行者来说很有安全感！人也很好 来加德的几天一直没办电话卡都是酒店的人帮忙打车的没有一点不耐烦🥺很可爱我说要去博卡拉那天 行程有点赶还得带个28寸大行李箱 酒店经理直接说要给个黑包我哈哈哈哈哈 其他人的服务也很贴心 去博卡拉期间帮忙寄存在酒店里的东西也没有任何不见 大家来玩可以放心订的一家小酒店呀 ~~真的酒店的人都特别好 体验感很棒！

Kleine Oase mit Dachterrasse
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel, etwas am Rand des quirligen Zentrums gelegen, sehr ruhig, man kann wunderbar schlafen. Es hat eine sehr gute Küche und unglaublich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Pros:

What a wonderfull place. Nivas felt more like a home than a hotel.

The traditional vibe and interior makes you feel right at home. Dev, the owner, and all the staff, are warm and kind. They helped us with everything. Even last minute changes in our planning were no problem.

The location is ideal. Far enough from hectic Thamel, but close enough, 10 min walk, to go for dinner or do some shopping.

Unfortunately we got ill for a couple of days. Everyone was so helpful and went beyond and above. We got adjusted dishes to get us back on our feet and were guided to the closest pharmacy.

We had a wonderfull stay at Nivas and highly recommend it. We can't stress enough how helpful and friendly everyone was and what a marvellous place this is.

We definitely will be back ;)
