Cool acommmodation near Granvia and Royal Palace.

PARFAIT!!!!!!!!!
Pros:

Hôtel SPLENDID super bien placé. On ne peut rêver mieux. Tout était parfait. Personnel à l'écoute. je recommande VIVEMENT cet hôtel.

Cons:

Peut être une patère en plus car quand il pleut on ne sait pas trop où mettre nos manteaux quand ils sont trempés. Mais cela n'est qu'un détail par rapport au reste.

It was a pleasant stay. Very well located. Julian was very afable and helpful
Pros:

Wifi had a problem and then it was slow. In the booking it said Jr. Suite with Balcony and No Balcony

Cons:

Breakfast is medium. It had the basic, but not so good. They have ONLY one elevator.

Pros:

La ubicación, la limpieza, la amabilidad de los trabajadores, la comodidad del colchón, lo silencioso que es. Positivo que cuentan con aire acondicionado lo que es bastante necesario sobretodo con estas temperaturas (35 °).

Cons:

Para acceder al alojamiento sería positivo que adaptasen la entrada posicionando algún tipo de apoyo como una barandilla ya que hay 2 escalones para poder acceder al hotel.

Un très bon hôtel en tout point. Je recommande.
Pros:

Un emplacement idéal, nous avons pu faire toutes nos visites à pieds depuis l’hôtel. Un très bon petit déjeuner. Le personnel est très agréable (nos valises ont pu être gardées dans la journée avant de repartir).

Centraal, verzorgd en vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

De locatie was echt perfect gelegen, helemaal midden in het centrum en alles was op loopafstand. De bediening aan de receptie sprak goed Engels :) en er werd iedere dag schoongemaakt.

Cons:

Het ontbijt had iets meer uitgebreid gekund en de koffie was minder lekker…
