The location of the property was perfectly situated to everything we wanted to do! The rooms also really comfy, although a little bit small. However, the rooms were trendy and clean and the staff were very, very helpful and kind!

Cons:

The shower door for my room wouldn’t stay closed, but it wasn’t that big of a deal! We loved the room!

Rooms are pretty tight. Regular coffee not available in the mornings
It was not clear that the breakfast was not included in the booking, then suddenly it was $20 extra for the breakfast….. that was not disclosed beforehand booking. NOT acceptable

Excelente acomodação
Pros:

Adorei a localização e a calmaria. O hotel fica perto de tudo, 400m da estação de Callao, 500m da estação opera. Muito bom!! Recepção maravilhosa, a cama espetacular. Top top super recomendo.

Cons:

O quarto é apertadinho e merecia um frigobar ou um armário. E um coisa ruim na minha estadia foi um pessoal fazendo manutenção que doso dia começava às 7hs e aí não tinha mais como dormir. Fora isso nada tudo de bom.
