Mal. Solo vale la pena la ubicación

La ubicación, todo lo hicimos a pie.

Cons:

Tuvimos que salirnos al otro día y pasarnos al hotel de enfrente, más caro pero muchísimo mejor.

1.- Nos tocó habitación 202, el hombre que nos recibió le preguntamos si era seguro salir por la noche y nos dijo: « pues más que en México sí » me pareció una respuesta muy grosera y poco amable.
2.- la segunda mujer que estuvo en recepción también con poco interés por resolver.
3.- La puerta del baño no cerraba, de por sí esa moda de baños transparentes de vidrio es nefasta, y con la puerta abierta peor, la reportamos y esperábamos por lo menos intentaran arreglarla de inmediato pero nada.
4.- El colchón muy usado ya, tiene partes sumidas.
5. Teníamos más reservas porque ibamos a movernos a otras ciudades y vovler a Madrid pero ni nos devolvieron el dinero ni nos quisieron vuardar maletas grandes para jo viajar con todo el equipaje.

Lo mejor fue la gente que nos atendió. Fueron súper súper atentos, con buen humor, simpáticos, serviciales y buscando siempre ofrecer más de lo que pedíamos. En mi caso particular, llevaba mi vestido de novia y está preocupada de que no te pasara nada y estuviera bien. Para mi tranquilidad, me ofrecieron guardarlo en una habitación aparte para que pueda estar en las mejores condiciones. Fue un hermoso gesto. Sin dudas volvería y siempre agradeceré el cuidado que tuvieron por algo tan valioso para mí

Zeer fijn hotel, goed ontbijt, rustig en ideaal gelegen in het centrum, aanrader voor een stedentrip

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, behulpzaamheid, de toch ruime keuze van het ontbijt, de koffie, de ruime kamer met airco, en douche gedeelte en ook stil ondanks de ligging aan de voorzijde, de ramen dempen het geluid perfect, goeie nachtrusten gehad, en bovenal de kamer was schoon en de douche vertoonde geen schimmelplekjes.

Cons:

Het enige wat wij niet graag zien in een hotelkamer is tapijt op de vloer, dat is echt niet hygiënisch, je moet daardoor wel gebruikmaken van je eigen slippers, want op de kamer zijn die niet aanwezig.
