Pros:

Le personnel du Restaurant était au petits soins pour nous, souriant et très aimable. Le calme de l‘emplacement. La propreté.

Cons:

La dureté du matelas, la hauteur de l’entrée de la douche et concernant la TV dans la chambre sans aucune chaîne en dehors de la langue Italienne. Dommage que rien est traduit en français ou en allemand sur la carte de menu au restaurant de l‘Hôtel. J‘ai aussi trouvé la procédure du Check In longue et compliquée. La réception manque à mon avis.

Zur Übernachtung bei Durchreise ok, wer schön und gemütlich frühstücken will ist hier falsch

Cons:

Mangelnde Vorbereitung auf spät angereiste Gäste. Trotz voll bezahltem Frühstück erhielten wir lediglich Brot, Müsli, Saft und Kaffee, während der Nachbartisch Croissants, Eier und Früchte stehen hatte. Gastfreundlich wurde die überforderte Bedienung erst nach Aufforderung und brachte einen 2.Kaffee. 9.30 muss der Frühstücksraum verlassen werden.

Enttäuschend
Pros:

Wir waren zum dritten Mal da, um auf Durchreise zu übernachten. Bis jetzt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Dieses Mal nicht.

Cons:

Wir hatten Zimmer 10 im Parterre, kahl wie eine Gefängniszelle, ohne jedes Dekor und nur ein Fenster zum Parkplatz hin.. Kein Licht über dem Spiegel beim Lavabo, nur heraushöngende Kabel. Nicht einmal ein Zahnglas hatte es. Zwar eine Wasserflasche im Zimmer, aber kein Trinkglas und die Bettumrandung war zerrissen und zerschlagen. Die Betten waren hart, das Kopfkissen auch. Es war mehr als sehr unkonfortabel.
