Close to Metro Station.

Cons:

Noisy. People were using the laundry room late night. People doing loud phone calls outside in the middle of the night .

Smelly elevators and garage….must cater to dopers.
Pros:

First, the positive. Most comfortable mattress in any hotel (including multiple InterContinentals) I’ve stayed at!

Now, the rest.
Check in agent was busy stuffing her face with pizza when we checked in. What a professional welcome!!!!

Didn’t welcome my Premium status, or offer any welcome amenities or upgrades. Room was extra tiny, but clean. No USB ports….hello..2026.

Still has 90’s step over bath/shower. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

Breakfast area consisted of attendant prepared coffee, and an unappealing shelf of undated pastries for him to microwave. Period.

Now the WORST.
Garage area and all elevators absolutely stank of canabis blunts. Need decontaminating urgently….but no cigarette smoking!!!!!! This hotel literally stanks……

Hotel is 1.5 mile from Arlington National Cemetery…so I assumed it would cater to funeral visitors. Guess not.

Staff was unhelpful for local dinner recommendations.

Other than that Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

Heavy odor of marijuana smoke bothered us
Pros:

I wish it didn’t smell like marijuana everywhere around my room

Cons:

That the hotel smelled like marijuana smoke. Someone near our room was smoking marijuana inside the hotel. It is supposed to be non-smoking. Maybe they think no kids are around but we were there with a 4 year old. Either way it smells like butts and skunks everywhere.

Cons:

The iron wasn't working. I tried to iron a white shirt, and a brown liquid came out of the iron, staining the shirt. Thankfully, it was on the side and my suit covered it.

I enjoyed my time and will return.
Pros:

I liked to location of the property, it was in close proximity to the event we were attending. Also the staff was very kind and accommodating.

Cons:

The only downside was the construction, but that was something that couldn’t be helped. Everyone was very gracious about it and I will definitely return.

It was too good, stay, staff, environment. Also it’s at a walkable distance from the subway station.
Pros:

Services, rooms, everything was too good. Staff was really helpful. The online booking site messed up with no of people and rooms. But the hotel staff was very understanding and they gave us one extra free room.
Special shout out to Mr. Noman, for serving breakfast with a positive energy and hospitality. Although breakfast had limited options but it was filing and honestly more than enough
