Pros:

Great location near the main places I wanted to see. Comfy room with Smart TV. I spent an incredible amount of time in it as I was having problems sorting visas and travel bookings, so I appreciated the fact it was comfy and quiet. The staff were helpful.

Cons:

The wifi worked well on my phone but wasn't always strong enough to work on my laptop.

Beautifully decorated central hotel!
Pros:

Such a lovely hotel with traditional decorations. Perfect location. My room was spacious, with a comfy bed. Appreciated the fridge and kettle. Hot water and wifi worked great. Breakfast was good…lots of choices. Also, a beautiful lounge area.

Cons:

I found it hard to sleep as my room was right against a main road that had traffic all night. The air-con unit in the room didn’t seem to really cool the space…maybe needs maintenance. There was a foul drainage smell in the bathroom.

Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und man kann alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen.

super nettes Personal, mega schöne typische Ausstattung,alles in Holz, auch die Gänge und die Treppe sind einladend, gute Lage in der Nähe vom Park,Cafes, Restaurants

Perfectly located spacious hotel right at the heart of Bishkek
Pros:

Really well located to walk to all major sites and restaurants. I had a very large suite with good facilities. Hotel is stylishly ethnic in its decor and feel

Cons:

Breakfast quite basic and not to the standard of the rest of the hotel. I didn't realise I could have ordered eggs until after I saw someone else order an omelette but which time I was on my way.

Poor service from hotel staff, otherwise location is good

Location was good and very central to the downtown sites. Breakfast was pretty good and the room was large

Cons:

I had specifically asked for a room away from the street, because the traffic there is very loud and goes on all night. I had already been at this hotel once before and knew that I could not sleep on the street side. They confirmed via mail that they would put me in a room which was NOT street located. When we arrived , they told me they only had rooms on the street side. I asked them why they had confirmed a different location, and they just ignored my question and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I told them had I known this.I would have booked elsewhere. They said, if I wanted to cancel free of charge , I could, but it was late in the evening and obviously we had no other choice

Pros:

Отель находится в центре города. Вокруг много достопримечательностей и кафе. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества.

Cons:

В моем номере в ванной комнате почему-то тянуло канализацией. Неприятный запах стоял там все время.

Please replace or remove the rugs in the room they are super dirty. I couldn't even stand on them.
