Location and food.

Cons:

La vue est vraiment exceptionnelle sur la terrasse. Les lits sont très confortable et la chambre très bien.

Pros:

Bar staff were great,restaurant staff were awesome, it was clean good on you.

Cons:

Front dest people were the most ignorant I've ever had to deal with,paying for parking is just bull shit, no where on my booking site did it say I had to pay for parking if it had I would of booked in down town fredericton,it will be my first and last time staying here.

High end hotel, high end pricing with mid range service.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant was mediocre. But the prices were high. Ordered wings, they were soggy. Ordered 20 ounce prime rib medium rare, it was cooked medium. It had also been seared on both sides. Prime rib is never served seared. Ot should be cut from the rack and served with au jus. For breakfast ordered an eggs benny with a side of sausage patties. The patties were more like burgers than sausage. The benny was ok.

Fabulous, would come again
Pros:

We arrived in Fredricton on a holiday weekend and everything outside of the Delta was closed and very quiet. The Delta was a little oasis on our way to PEI. Everything was great! We enjoyed the pool, the bar, relaxing by the river, the sunset and dinner in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend!

Nothing! (we liked that it was by the river, but for others it might be a little too far from downtown)

Cons:

Nous avions demandé une chambre qui n'avait pas été utilisée par des animaux. Le 6ième étage nous a donc été assigné. À notre arrivée nous avons trouvé des poils d'animaux sur le sofa. Exceptionnellement cette chambre du 6ième avait reçu un animal. Aucune autre chambre était disponible et nous avons mal dormi même en utilisant des médicaments pour diminuer les allergies et les problèmes respiratoires. Nous avons pu changer de chambre pour les 2 autres nuitées sans quoi nous aurions quitté.
