The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was good. Its a short walk to a nice secluded beach and away from the noise of old town. There is a mart and some restaurants just a couple minutes away. Nothing to complain about, all good
Absolutely fantastic hotel. Rooms were spotlessly clean, staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The buffet style breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. You get a free bottle of water per person each day.
There is a free shuttle bus to the Old Town and to a beach further away.
Highly recommend this hotel. We have already booked to go back.

Excellent value for money.
The hotel is directly across from the beach.
Very large rooms.
The bed is extremely large and very comfortable.
Breakfast is very good with plenty of options.
The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful.
Free shuttle service to the city center, which is very convenient.
Overall: a very good stay, mainly because of the price, the large comfortable rooms and the outstanding friendliness of the staff.
Points to improve:
The bathroom itself is fine, but the towels are old, humid and sometimes torn — they should really be replaced.
The balconies are extremely small, so they are not really usable.
There is a building under construction behind the hotel (there was no noise during our stay, but it is something to be aware of).
The rooms were clean and room service was very good with helpful staff very nice food as well
The location in particular is not as advertised the surroundings is all construction and not the cleanest and the part of the beach that it is closest to is very dirty and filled with shops no place to relax the room was satisfactory although the views are not great due to surroundings. It does not feel safe to walk around with the amount of construction and half torn down buildings everywhere the trees in the surrounding area have also all been chopped down

Ensure to eat dinner out as the food is very average. Every other hotel we stayed out the men usher would get our bags (mum being 74 yrs old) this really helped me. Not once were we helped. Mum didn't feel comfortable 😕 😪.

Men ushers did nothing at all to help myself or my 74 year old mum. Other than just walking around aimlessly and on their mobiles I couldn't see their point on being there. Thank goodness the grab drivers saw that we needed help with luggage and came in to help us. The food at the restaurant for dinner was horrible so ensure to eat out.

I was very surprised with the hotel. It exceeded my expectations and I think the score in the Booking was much below what this hotel deserves. The hotel is new, clean, comfortable and lots of rooms have a stunning view of the sea. It is located far from the buzz of the city but with easy access to the center ( the hotel provides transport). Breakfast offers a wide choice of dishes and the staff is very friendly.. i would like to mention here in particular SEN who was the friendliest and the most competent hotel staff I have ever met. With her attention to detail and helpfullness she was able to make each of our days possible best . She always addressed us ( and other guest) with our names, which I guess must have been a challenge. SEN- you are the best - fully professional and charming. Thank you!
