Das Personal ( Mao, Sen und Yv) waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zimmer auch mit Meeresblick.
Strand war nicht so besonders. Das geht besser.
Staff was very friendly ( Mao, Yv and Sen). Rooms with Oceanview are great
Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt, zwembad op het dak met zicht op het strand. Gratis fietsen of gratis Grab om de 7km naar het centrum te rijden. Alles tiptop met een extra pluim voor het supervriendelijk personeel 💟. Een echte aanrader!!!
We were impressed with everything starting from the warm reception from Sen at the front desk.Sen did everything she could to make sure we had a wonderful experience.This hotel is in a perfect location with many beaches near by. I recommend renting scooters to explore the whole area there’s lots to see.Sen will help get your scooters and suggest many things to do. A big bonus is this hotel has a wonderful buffet style breakfast included in your very reasonable priced room.Also daily room cleaning and the have soft beds .

Lovely hotel / nice infinity pool with very kind staff. Clean, comfortable room and a great location. The staff gave exceptional treatment and went above and beyond to help me during a hospital emergency. I felt truly cared for. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
Wish I could of stayed longer
The staff were amazing especially Sen. Couldn’t have asked for any more help, even with our motorbike when it had a flat tyre. It was taken away by staff and repaired. Just excellent in every way. Also an awesome restaurant approx. 500m south called Mate. Highly recommend.

Für einen Strandurlaub außerhalb des Trubels ist das Hotel eine ideale Wahl.
Am Strand stehen Schirme; Liegen & Handtücher zur Verfügung.
Auch das im Hotel ansässige Spa ist zu empfehlen!
Wonderful staff, excellent facilities and lovely views of the sea. We rented a scooter from the hotel (very easy) to travel to the old town, the Hai Van Pass, Da Nang and the Golden Bridge. The staff were amazing!

The room and communal areas were very nice and very clean. Thank you to the lovely staff who were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. If you want to stay by the beach then you’ll be very comfortable here, you just have to be prepared to drive or get a grab taxi into the old town or to a beach club.

Our stay at FIVITEL HOI AN Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was truly professional, extremely friendly, and always helpful. From the very first moment, we felt warmly welcomed.
The hotel provides free transportation from the hotel to the city, which is a great convenience and makes exploring the area much easier.
The staff are exceptionally kind and friendly, and their attention to guests goes far beyond expectations. A truly touching surprise was the birthday cake they organized for our daughter and sister, served during breakfast. It was a beautiful gesture that brought us great joy and made our stay unforgettable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, a warm atmosphere, and service that genuinely cares about guests. We would definitely love to return!
