Excelente lugar
Pros:

El desayuno es excelente. Las camas muy cómodas. El chico de recepción argentino era muy amable y muy guapo.

Cons:

El cabezal de la ducha de nuestra habitación estaba suelto y no se sostenía bien, hacía que se mojara todo el baño.

Regular tirando a mal, la habitación no era la elegida

Mi reserva había sido de otra habitación en el Nura Condor y el hospedaje terminó siendo en el Nura Boreal, sin previo aviso de nada. La habitación no tenía nada que ver con la reservada (en mi opinión mucho peor) y el precio siguió siendo el mismo. Las instalaciones bastante dejadas, la habitación más de lo mismo. Una de las camas tenía el colchón nuevo y la otra viejo de muelles.
Tuve que pedir cambio de toalla porque estaba sucia y la que me dieron volvía a estar sucia.
Se agradecería que en casos de cambio de habitación se avisara bien de antemano y el cliente decida ya si quiere la nueva habitación o no. Me sentí engañada dudo que la habitación tenga el mismo precio que yo pagué en la reserva…
Las fotos tienen bien poco que ver con la habitación en la que nos hospedamos…

Cons:

Llegamos sobre las 23:30 y no se podía acceder al hotel. Llamé por teléfono y me dieron una clave, que no me proporcionaron antes, que abría la puerta del hall de recepción. Por lo demás, la atención de la recepción buena.
