Super Aufenthalt. Tolles Hotel.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, mega sauber, modern, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Super Zimmer, schöner Pool, leckeres Frühstück.

Cons:

Das sind nur kleine Dinge aber manchmal war es schwierig mit dem Personal zu kommunizieren weil nicht alle Mitarbeiter so gut englisch sprachen, hat aber trotzdem alles gut geklappt. Die Klimaanlage war nicht so einfach zu bedienen und hat entweder nichts oder eiskalt gemacht, war aber nicht schlimm weil es nicht so warm war. Und die Badtür ist etwas nervig weil sie nicht offen bleibt und ziemlich laut ist beim zuschieben. Diese Dinge sind aber im Verhältnis total irrelevant. Es war alles top.

Pros:

Bisher das beste Hotel welches ich in El Arenal hatte. Definitiv keine billige absteige. Alles sauber nettes Personal und durch ein paar Minuten Fußweg zum Ballermann auch sehr ruhig. Außerdem eine schöne Anlage (Pool etc). Fast schon zu gut dafür dass wir es nur für 3 Tage Party auf der Schinkenstraße genutzt haben. Ich würde aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

Cons:

Es ist nicht weit entfernt von der Schinkenstraße aber manchmal hätte ich mir schon gewünscht es wäre ein wenig näher dran. Dadurch aber wie gesagt sehr ruhig

Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten im Zimmer wie eine Tüte Chips, eine grosse Packung Erdnüsse Getränke im Kühlschrank Kaffekapseln
Kurz vor Abreise ein kleiner Obsteller

Cons:

Sauberkeit in den Ecken,
Der Garten hätte einen sichtschutz zum Nachbarn haben können.
Pool Anlage/Liegewiese war nicht ansprechend

Pros:

Mon mari et moi avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel très situé personnelles très sympa je citerais Issa et Tous tous d ailleurs sans oublier le personnel de ménage très gentille ont y reviendra sans hésitation.

Cons:

Juste de temps les gens qui buvait beaucoup un peu bryant sinon calme pour dormir petit déjeuner aussi très bien 😊

Für Ballermann Touris Ok

Das Hotel hat eigentlich ein hohes Potential.

Cons:

Leider können sich die Ballermann- Touristen nun auch Hotels außerhalb von Arenal leisten.. Und muss der lose Sand am Pool morgens ab 7:30 mit dem Kärcher weggespült werden? Und dass man das Frühstück in einem anderen Hotel bekommt ist wenig komfortabel… naja für eine Nacht ist es ok. Ne Woche Urlaub würde ich dort nicht machen.
