Nice for short stay
Pros:

Short walk to metro station. Close to fast food. Clean.

Cons:

Very small room. Had booked for 2 twin beds, received one double bed which worked but wasn't what expected. Also room was very stuffy and hot, AC was not turned on yet. Able to open window to cool room, but very noisy then as bars close by and people were outside until well past 4 am.

The staff were nice, the beds very uncomfortable , and the breakfast was amazing!

The breakfast was amazing, it was close to the airport, the staff were nice.

Cons:

The beds were really uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible, you had to keep your door card in the slot in order to use any of the lights, the room was warm but each room does not have its own thermostat so we couldn’t change the temperature.

Superb staff , great location for stopover .

You will not find more friendly staff , so helpful with explaining where to go in our short time in Madrid . Highly recommend the lentil soup fantastic , will be back
