Cons:

Smelled paint, bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. There are steps going to the elevator with luggage. Bare minimum amenities.

Le personnel est d'une gentillesse fantastique. Raphaël à l'accueil le soir de mon arrivée. La dame au petit déjeuner le matin. Le monsieur à l'accueil lors de mon départ, qui a gardé mon sac à dos pour que je puisse me promener tranquille avant de prendre mon avion.
L'hôtel est idéalement situé par rapport au métro et il y a plein de commerces à proximité.

Es muy antiguo, deberían de cambiar las cortinas cuando entras a la habitación te dan una sensación de suciedad cuando es lo contrario está todo bastante limpio.

LUGAR PERFECTO PARA COMENZAR LA ESTADÍA
Pros:

La ubicación es extraordinaria. A sólo 300 metros de la Estación de Metro BARAJAS, primera Estación desde el Aeropuerto. El Personal de Recepción, impecable. Especialmente Rafael. Con mi hijo coincidimos en que fue la mejor opción: quince minutos después de retirar las maletas en la cinta del Aeropuerto, ya las habíamos dejado en el Hotel y habíamos comenzado nuestra estadía en Madrid.
