Pros:

L'emplacement de l hotel, la.literie

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y y ait que un petit déjeuner à la carte.
Et, ce n'est pas la faute de ́l'hôtel, mais le dernier jour. Un groupe de personnes, mal élevées, ont fait énormément de bruit(cris, claquement de portes, etc..)jusqu'à 2h du matin. J'ai dû sortir de ma chambre pour les reprimander. Je pensais qu'il y avait un veilleur ou quelqu'un de l'hôtel, mais personne n a tien dit.
Une voisine est également sortie.

La location bilancia alcune carenze strutturali
Pros:

Piccolo albergo, senza ascensore, camere vista lago, in pieno centro, senza parcheggio, servizi minimalisti ma camere pulite. Le zanzariere alle finestre sarebbero utili se non essenziali. Staff ottimo.

Hotelli siisti ja huone vastikään remontoitu, sijainti erinomainen. Huoneen sai viilennettyä yöksi, vaikka tullessa huoneen lämpötila oli todella korkea.

Sehr schöne Lage mit Seeblick. Sehrsgepflegtes Zimmer und authentisch italienischer Empfang!

Cons:

Im Vorfeld bekam ich in der Booking App eine Aufforderung, bereits digital einzustecken, da mir ansonsten beim Empfang 10 Euro zusätzlich verrechnet würden. Da ich dafür einen externen Link hätte aufrufen müssen, der mir nicht sicher genug erschien, verzichtete ich darauf. Ich schrieb der Hotelleitung und sie versicherten mir, dass dies kein Phishing-Versuch sei. Trotzdem schloss ich das digitale Checkin nicht ab. Ich finde es frech, dass einem für diesen Fall 10 Euro Bearbeitungsgebühr angedroht werden. Ich hätte reklamiert, aber es erübrigte sich, da die 10 Euro dann doch nicht verlangt wurden.

Excellent séjour , un hôtel dans lequel on se sent bien !
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal , à deux pas de l'embarcadère pour les îles Boromées.
Le restaurant la Tentation est excellent et nous avons trouvé idéal de ne pas avoir à ressortir le soir, après la fatigue des visites de la journée.

Cons:

Rien ! Tout était parfait pour nous . Bravo au propriétaire qui s'occupe lui-même des petits déjeuners.
