9 day stay with family.
Pros:

Friendly helpfull staff, excellent clean modern decor, great swimming pool, home from home atmosphere. Central to everything but quiet. Short grab ride to all beaches old town etc but walking distance to many restaurants and local great eateries.
Highly recommended. Great value for money.

Cons:

Pool flooring surround matting could do with replacing.

Pros:

Beautiful and modern room. Nice and clean pool.
Very comfortable bed and a nice balcony.
Area is quite calm and 20 minutes walk from the Old Town

Cons:

Not very clean room. I literally cleaned the table, which was full of "used maps" left by previous customers and I took of a good chunk of stains and dust over it. There was a phone in the room, but disconnected and we no plug. The only sweet breakfast option was not woth money.
The morning staff is very good and english speaking, but the afternoon and evening ones no.

Personnel adorable. Bon petit déjeuner. Un peu loin du vieux Hoi an mais très facile d’accès en taxi. Possibilité de faire une machine à laver et notre chambre a été nettoyée entre chaque nuit.

Estábamos en 1 triple y eramos 2, si llegamos a ser 3 no podemos movernos (pero como total es para dormir no dramatizaremos)

Our stay here was nothing short of relaxing and calming.
Pros:

My family and I loved the aesthetic of the property, it was also very clean and so were the facilities.

Cons:

It was in the middle of a residential area. And it’s not near main locations. They do provide bikes for free to get to places.

Cons:

It is announced as a 4-star hotel, but it’s not… The room, and especially the bathroom, was quite dirty, even with spiderwebs. The room was tiny, the three of us could barely fit.
Breakfast was average, with very few options to choose from, and you have to select it the day before. We sent our clothes to be washed, and while they smelled nice, they were still dirty otherwise.
