Pros:

Colazione completa di dolce e salato, frutta fresca.
A disposizione anche biciclette e convenzione spiaggia. Bagno ristrutturato e dunque comodo.

Pros:

Отель расположен недалеко от пляжей и магазинов.
Нам предоставили закрытую стоянку для авто. Хотя место парковки можно было найти на соседней улице *( в конце сентября).
Номер чистый, светлый и с балконом. Есть все необходимое. Хороший завтрак.
Хозяин замечательный человек, очень гостеприимный. Чудесные маленькие племянники. Все отлично говорят по-русски.

Consigliato per una vacanza tranquilla in un ambiente familiare
Pros:

Professionalità, gentilezza e cortesia del personale. Il proprietario potrebbe fare benissimo anche la guida turistica, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli su cosa visitare, arricchendoli di dettagli storici. La camera, fornita di balcone, anche se un po datata era comoda, pulitissima e funzionale alle esigenze. La colazione abbondante. Parcheggio e spiaggia a due passi dal mare. Ottimo.

Pros:

A tulajdonos, és a személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt mindenben!!! Reggeli megfelelő volt, volt lehetőség vacsorázni is a hotelben. Takarítás minden nap, kifogástalan volt! Parkolás biztonságos parkolóban, a szállástól pár percre! Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

Lage in Nähe zum Strand und zur Stadt.
Sehr zu zuvorkommende Leitung, gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Der inbegriffene Parkplatz ist einige hundert Meter weiter. Wenn man Glück hat, findet man aber eine Lücke in der Nähe.

Nice place in Sottomarina!
Pros:

The communication with the hosts was spotless, possibly, one of the nicest host and hotel manager we ever met! The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, just few minutes by foot from the beach! The room had a comfortable bed, a large window with a balcony, AC, TV, a table with 2 chairs, a very functional wardrobe, bathroom with a shower, bidet, free toiletries, fresh towels and daily cleaning. We had a good and fresh breakfast buffet, but also the possibility to reserve the lunch or dinner in the hotel restaurant. The hotel guests can access discounted sunbeds on the beach and free parking nearby. The beach is just amazing, sandy, low waters, with playground and restaurants, lounge, DJs etc. You can have 30min walk to Chioggia, a hidden gem Venice-much alike or just take a boat-trip to Venice for a change-of scenery. Definitely recommend this place for families and friends who want to enjoy a nice holiday by the sea.

Cons:

One-star rating is confusing and doesn't make justice to what we found and what we experienced at Nuova Doel. Just wish we stayed longer :)

Nagyon kedves,segítőkész személyzet.Sok ingyenes extra szolgàltatàsba részesültünk,melyre nem is szàmítottunk,de nagyon örültünk neki.pl.: ingyenes napàgy és ernyő,biciklit biztosítàsa ahànyszor igényeltük,gyermeknek a vacsorànàl nem szàmítottak fel plusz költséget.
Viszonylag közel a part. Tiszta szobàk,minden nap takarítottak. Kedves csalàdi vàllalkozás.

Cons:

Nincs hűtőszekrény a szobàban.Illettve kevés a vendéglàtó egység,étterem a szàlloda közelében.

there is very little parking and parking for small cars. they only speak italian. breakfast is only croissants and coffee with milk powder. the worst thing is the sea - there is a fence made of stones and the sea is dirty like a swamp.
