Pros:

Excellent hotel with a perfect location—close to restaurants, cafés, bars, and everything you need, while still being quiet at night. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, especially Kee, who was kind, professional, and made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel though let down by a badly run bar
Pros:

Great central location but still very quiet and peaceful. Nicely designed hotel with great rooms. An excellent housekeeping department who really look after you.

Cons:

The bar by the pool could be so much better. Staff stay behind the bar, rather than coming out to look after you. They rarely wipe down tables unless you ask them to. The music has no ‘identity’ - sometimes appropriate music to the area, other times no music or completely out of place rap. You occasionally get a bit of popcorn with a drink but usually don’t. The bar really lets the hotel down.

Stayed here many times before and always good friendly hospitable staff.

Cons:

I had to wait around for check in, but I did arrived early from a 18 hour flight.

Mega lækkert hotel, dejligt personale og det kan helt klart anbefales!
Pros:

Super lækkert hotel, du bliver nødt med en mega dejlig velkomst af personalet især af Tom ☺️ og det forsætter bare gennem hele opholdet, morgenmaden er fremragende, der bliver skiftet ud med varme retter hver dag, så der er forskellige ting. Værelset, var lækkert og moderne, vi havde en lækker udsigt ud over byen, og vi fik gjordt rent hver dag, super lækkert. Maden på hotellet var også lækkert og det kostede næsten ingen ting, vi fandt ud af at der var happy hour på alkohol drinks (buy 1 get 1 free) så det var super lækkert. Hotellet ligger er godt sted, ikke langt fra en 7-11 og heller ikke fra stranden, hvor der er lækkert shopping ting osv. poolen var også dejlig og der er gratis håndklæder der nede, så du ikke skal tage dit eget med ned, er du en af de første nede ved poolen så ligger de på solsengen, ellers kan man gå op til baren og tage. helt klart anbefales

Cons:

Hotellet udbyder gratis kørsel, fantastisk, du kan blive kørt til stranden eller terminal 21 osv, men det er dsv kun der hen, så du ska selv finde hjem igen, det kunne have være lækkert med begge veje, men det har ikke noget som ødelagde vores ophold.
