The pool area was amazing. Looked beautiful night and day. The bedroom was comfortable - on the smaller side but everything you need. They had a small convent store in the lobby of the hotel saving u the walk to 711. Overall, good stay.
The bedroom was definitely smaller than it looks in the photos. The location was the worst part. Old white men with young thai women everywhere. You walk on to the street and thai woman advertising themselves everywhere. Not good location for couples or family.
Could also hear music very loud all night long.
Balcony had minimal room as well but this wasn’t a major issue.

I can't find anything to not like
I had a Grand Deluxe room that had a sofa and separate shower. They gave me a room on the second floor, I was expecting a high floor at that price (most expansive room of the hotel). A very nice manager explained there is only one of those rooms per floor (7 total) and the others were booked, she switched me to the fifth floor with a more better view, she also offered me free breakfasts for my entire stay. The breakfast is very good, and the onsite restaurant was very good too when I went there for lunch.
Staff at reception is unfriendly and borderline rude. The service at the bar in the pool area at night was really terrible! The room service was even worst, it took a long time and the chicken was bad. I also got sick from the AC. There are roosters nearby that "sings" multiple times a day (need earplugs at night absolutely to have a quiet morning).

Excellent across the board. Clean, comfortable beds, great facilities and food, and staff were amazing. Had booked another hotel after this stay to explore a different part of the city but cancelled it an added 2 nights here instead. Great location and easily accessible to everything. Will definitely be returning.
