Lara Hotel

Got a good family room for 4 persons at very reasonable rate.
Comfortable bed, good customer service, excellent break fast.
To be noted that hotel is not in the city center but if you have your own vehicle, it does not make any difference.

Our family stayed at this hotel for 2 days and had a very good time. The hotel staff were very welcoming, the rooms were very clean, newly renovated, breakfast and food were delicious; The hotel has a beautiful garden where we have dinner in the evening. The most important thing was the free wi-fi. Everything was very good.

At the time I think we were the only guests in the hotel, we were offered a large double room with sitting area but we requested a twin room, this was very compact but as we were only staying one night we managed. Overall the place was clean, there was no choice at breakfast we had to have what we were given.

Hotel Lara is a beautiful hotel to stay. The rooms are clean and well furnished, and the staff is very friendly. During our stay there was a wedding party going on, with lots of Armenian music (they even invited us to join). It added to the atmosphere of the hotel and the country, and the music stopped at about 23:00 o'clock in the evening. Though it kept a bit noisy afterwards due to the party people who probably stayed at the hotel, this was largely compensated by the luxurous breakfast we enjoyed the day after. The hotel is situated not far from the center of Goris.

Very friendly welcomed by the owner himself. Spacious room and clean. Restaurant is good and staff nice. Only they don't speak English.
A very good place to rest. Just avoid the rooms on the street because of the traffic

Perfect hotel for staying if you travel in Armenia. On our way to Tatev monastery decided to stay there.
The hotel is situated a bit far from the centre of the city Goris. It's a new built hotel with comfortable rooms and perfect view from the balcony.
The hotel is very clean. The meal is perfect. Traditional food peculiar for that part of the country.The staff is attentive to the hosts. Our room was on the third room.The only drawback was that there was no elevator.

Enjoyed a one night stay here to see Tatev Monastery. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was very tasty and our room was clean and comfortable. Some problems as we don't speak Armenian but we made ourselves understood. They catered specially for us as we are vegetarian.

I liked everything in hotel. Especially owners hospitality. The staff is very friendly and hard-working. Very tasty food. And the view from the balcony is incredible. Thanks for a week of real happiness!!!

We stayed 2 nights in order to see Tatev, Kharahunj, and the suspension bridge and had a wonderful stay. The owners are warm and friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is tasty and they will make dinner for you as well. Very convenient to the sights around this region.

Had a wonderful 2-night stay in May. Clean rooms and free Wi-Fi in the lobby. A generous breakfast is provided, and the cook will prepare a delicious dinner to order. The staff is so warm and welcoming, with the owner enjoying dinner with his kids right along the guests, that by the end of the 2 days I felt like I was part of the family. True all-Armenian hospitality.

Very nice and new Hotel with сlean rooms and free Wi-Fi. Hotel is situated in the centre of Goris and near of Tatev monastery. Very tasty breakfast and dinner. Restaurant can cook for you any dish around a clock. It is a really fantastic. There are a lot of services: laundry, free parking, food order, cheap TAXI, excursions to Tatev monastery and ropeway.
All services are very cheap for a European.

Owner of a hotel personally meets guests and you can talk to him about loacal places.

We had a marvelous stay in Goris at the Lara Hotel. The stay was really nice and so are the staff, in the end I was almost sorry to leave. Wonderful interiors, very good service, very rich and tasty breakfast and some excellent dining too. Very reasonably priced too for a nice and comfortable hotel.
These are the things that made me enjoy my stay at this hotel; we have every intention of going back.
