Ruhiges Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett

Der Check-In-Automat ist sehr unübersichtlich und teilweise irreführend, zB wird ein falscher Preis angezeigt

Habe erholsame und schöne Tage mit nahrhaftem Frühstück in dem Hotel verbracht.
Pros:

Zimmer: Viel Platz, gemütlich, hell. Frühtück: Reichhaltig, vielfältig Lage: Schöne Aussicht, ruhig, Bus zum Bahnhof, schöner Weg durch den Kurpark.

Cons:

Am ersten Morgen hat es diverse Hinweise der Gäste erfordert, damit das Buffet bestückt wurde (keine Teigwaren, keine Schälchen für Marmelade, Eier waren kalr etc. Bad: Wenig Möglichkeiten, etwas Aufzuhängen. Lage: Schon sehr weit draußen :-)

Für ein kurz Urlaub sehr gut
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut.ein sehr schöne Aussicht due

Cons:

Die Reinigung wurde nur alle drei Tage gemacht außer man hat gewünscht das man die Reinigung haben mochte

Pros:

Das Personal im Speisesaal war sehr freundlich. - Das Hotel ist sehr nahe an der Therme Solymar. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war mega.
Die Bewertungen im Internet die wir vorher gelesen haben, waren sehr negativ und normalerweise würde ich kein solches Hotel buchen, aber Freunde haben es uns empfohlen und deshalb haben wir es gewagt und wir würden es wieder tun!

Pros:

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung. Drei Sterne sind und bleiben nun Mal drei Sterne.

Cons:

Saunalandschaft könnte eine Erneuerung vertragen.
Es war nur eine Sauna an.

Habitación bastante grande y el baño también

Cons:

El check-in es un desastre, no hay personal el la recepción y se tiene que hacer en una máquina que no reconoce el número de reserva, al final hay que llamar a un número de teléfono que está expuesto en la recepción en caso de emergencia y esperar y esperar que alguien aparezca.

Nach meiner Reklamation, dass das Internet nicht funktioniert, hat man mir ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Hier war es einwandfrei.

Cons:

Es gibt kein Personal, lediglich für die Kontrolle, ob man einen Parkplatz hoch über dem Hotel an einem Hühnerstall gebucht hat. Nur beim Auschecken kann man telefonisch jemand rufen.
Fenster nicht geputzt, Balkon unsauber, Ein Stuhl von zweien kaputt, einige Stellen im Zimmer mit Stsubschicht bedeckt.

Es fehlen mir die Worte…..
Cons:

Kein Personal - schon beim Check In - einzig im Frühstücksraum eine Frau „für alles“ , natürlich überfordert.
Im Zimmer keinerlei Komfort: 1/3 Rolle Toilettenpapier für 03 Tage !
Das Wasser im Bad war kalt, die Heizung ebenso.
Kein Fön, kein Vergrößerungsspiegel, Fernseher ging nicht.
Handtücher für 03 Tage: je 01 Sauna- und Duschhandtuch und ein kleines, weitere nur gegen Aufpreis.
Wasser im Pool so kalt, dass niemand hineinging.
In den Saunen dunkel, nichts für „Platzangst“
Frühstück war Massenabfertigung……
Parkplatz völlig überfüllt, wir bekamen nur noch einen Platz an einem Abhang…….bezahlen mußten wir dennoch
