Loved Granada and staying at Hospes Palacio de los Patos
Pros:

Staff are very attentive and helpful. Beautiful property, 1 hour of free spa, free sparkling wine and chocolates with robe and slippers. Staff even put water in my car for my drive :). Exceptional!

Ha sido un placer alojarme con mi esposa en su hotel con motivo de mi 65 cumpleaños y nuestra asistencia al concierto de Ricardo Mutti en el Palacio de Carlos V.
Nuestro caso es un poco especial ya que mi esposa es de Granada y tiene una casa en la ciudad .. pero en muchas ocasiones al pasar delante del Palacio hablamos de alojarnos alguna vez..
La oportunidad ha surgido porque nos regalaron una asistencia al Spa y una cena en el Hotel, así que decidimos completar la experiencia con una estancia de fin de semana, lo que ha sido un total acierto..
La atmósfera del Hotel, la hospitalidad de todos los trabajadores y el gusto por los detalles es lo que verdaderamente convierte la estancia en una experiencia de cinco estrellas.
Lamento no tener cuenta en Google para poder trasladar mi opinión pero es usted libre de utilizar este comentario donde sea necesario.

Hotel great but need more staff and organisation at breakfast.
Pros:

The the bedrooms were very clean and tidy and very comfortable. The breakfast however was a bit chaotic. The Waitress didn’t write down our order and got it wrong! They were very shortstaffed at breakfast.

The best Hospes hotel of our stay and would be difficult to beat.
Pros:

Exceptional room - incredible size and comfort. Staff attentive without being overbearing. Easy parking with immediate valet service.

Cons:

Location means that it could be noisy at times (first thing in the morning) but that's hardly the hotel's fault
