Un hôtel d’exception ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pros:

Un hôtel vraiment exceptionnel, magnifique et idéalement situé à proximité du centre de Grenade pour découvrir la ville à pied. Nous étions trois, avec notre enfant de 12 ans qui a bénéficié d’un lit d’appoint avec une vraie literie très confortable. La chambre était immense, très belle, impeccable et parfaitement équipée, avec minibar, petite bouteille d’accueil et de charmantes attentions le soir que nous avons beaucoup appréciées.

L’accueil est particulièrement chaleureux et le service de voiturier est un vrai plus : votre voiture est garée et ramenée à votre demande, tandis que vos valises sont accompagnées jusqu’à la chambre. Le spa à disposition est également très appréciable après une journée de visite.

Petite précision, le jardin diffuse une agréable musique d’ambiance que l’on peut entendre jusque dans certaines chambres, ainsi que quelques bruits de circulation liés à la situation en ville. Cela ne nous a absolument pas dérangés, mais c’est effectivement une question de sensibilité personnelle. Une adresse exceptionnelle que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Pros:

I liked its centrally located, and the hospes itself signalled heritage and legacy so it felt something worth experiencing/exploring. Staff are nice overall.

Cons:

Maybe I misread the room options when booking, but I was hoping to stay in the beautiful historic Hospes building and only realised when I arrived that my room was in the modern building. The modern building is also lovely, but it was just a bit of a mismatch with what I had expected. I was told this was the room category I selected, which may well be the case, although I think the distinction between the two buildings could be a little clearer when booking.

My only other disappointment was the room service. The pizza seemed frozen and the burger was a bit off. For around €50, I was expecting something better. Nothing against frozen pizza 😂, but at that price I think the quality should match.

Un soggiorno da sogno!
Pros:

L’hotel si trova in un’ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla Cattedrale e dal centro storico.
Lo staff è cordiale, accogliente, supportivo, estremamente gentile.
Gli ambienti comuni sono molto belli e caratteristici. Tutto estremamente ben tenuto, pulito e curato nei dettagli.
La nostra stanza era grande, bella, curatissima, molto pulita e ben tenuta.
Non solo la pulizia è eccellente, ma viene effettuato un servizio di riassetto camera anche alla sera.
La colazione al buffet e su ordinazione è buona al di sopra di ogni limite.
Veramente un’esperienza indimenticabile.
Il personale si occupa anche del parcheggio dell’auto e della sua rimozione dal parcheggio: servizio veramente comodo.
Peccato solo che mia mamma non volesse fruire della SPA compresa nel prezzo e io non volessi lasciarla sola!

Cons:

Ho avuto dei problemi col docciatore (non quello a soffitto, quello a muro): non si riesce ad indirizzare correttamente e la porta della doccia non è isolante, quindi il bagno si è allagato.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas trop aimé le fait qu'il n'y a est pas de chaine française (si oui, mauvaise reception. La dame de l'accueil n'a pas été très aimable à notre arrivée. Ce n'est pas le cas de ses collègues. Le déjeuner était bon mais on aurait préféré un buffet plus copieux. Il fallait demander si on souhaitait des omelettes; Excellente tout de même mais il fallait patienter.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Hospes Palacio de los Patos in Granada. The hotel is elegant and full of character, beautifully combining the historic palace with modern design and comfort. Our room was comfortable, the property was peaceful, and the location was excellent for exploring Granada.

The staff were warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the gracious hospitality and the extended 2:00 p.m. checkout, which made our departure much more relaxing. Although our visit was brief, the hotel made a lasting impression, and we would gladly stay here again.

Loved Granada and staying at Hospes Palacio de los Patos
Pros:

Staff are very attentive and helpful. Beautiful property, 1 hour of free spa, free sparkling wine and chocolates with robe and slippers. Staff even put water in my car for my drive :). Exceptional!
