Pros:

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage in einem Palais. Reichhaltiges und vielfältiges Frühstück. Schöner sauberer Spa Bereich. Freundliches Personal.

¡Muy buenos días en Granda! Increíble estancia.
Pros:

Buenas comodidades a la altura de su plaqueta de 5*GL. Todo muy agradable, habitación, servicio, zonas comunes, spa. Quizás hecho en falta un gimnasio.

Cons:

El desayuno tenía unos platos a la carta, pero tenía aspectos que mejorar respecto a otros hoteles de su mismo nivel. El personal del desayuno parece gestionado por otros por ser menos agradables que el resto del personal del hotel. La variedad en el desayuno es mejorable! Más opciones en el buffet y más elaboración en los platos en la carta de platos calientes haría que el desayuno se equipare al gran lujo del hotel.

Del alojamiento me gusta todo, absolutamente todo. Desde que entras te sientes extremadamente cómodo y cuidado. Es una experiencia increíble pasar unos días allí dentro. El hotel es precioso y el personal no puede ser más amable.

Very friendly staff, beautiful hotel and good location.
Pros:

We stayed in the modern block adjacent to the hotel. Very lovely room. Very clean. Floor to ceiling windows. Very light and airy.

Cons:

Missed going into the main hotel. Can access new part separately. Old building was beautiful.

Prachtig hotel op een super locatie.
Pros:

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen. Er werd alle tijd genomen om ons uitleg te geven over de stad en bezienswaardigheden. Valetparking. Prachtig hotel in het centrum. Kamer en badkamer waren netjes.

Cons:

Bij het ontbijt werden we volledig negeert, terwijl we daar als tweede tafel plaats namen. Aangezien je koffie en eieren etc moest bestellen, was dat niet handig. Uiteindelijk zijn we maar ergens buiten het hotel gaan ontbijten. Bij receptie in de avond gemeld, omdat onze kamer ook niet was schoongemaakt. Werd in eerste instantie slecht op gereageerd. Bij uitchecken is het uiteindelijk netjes opgelost.

La camera al piano terra vicino alla reception è abbastanza rumorosa quando, di sera, rientrano i clienti e si fermano a chiacchierare nella hall ….. e si sentono molto i rumori della strada.

En la habitación eche en falta el Armario un poquito mas grande , en cuando llegas por la noche en que te arreglen la habitación incluida la cama un poco , gel en la ducha y el agua en la habitación la plancha ya que no estaba

Pros:

Superbe hôtel avec beaucoup de charme. Tout le personnel était gentil et serviable. Très belle chambre d'une taille exceptionnelle. Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Pas la faute de l'hôtel mais chambre au RdC un peu bruyante car proche du lobby.
