Pros:

J'avais fait la demande d'avoir ma chambre plus tôt et a mon arrivée tout était pret! Nous avons pas pris la voiture de la fds, Nous étions en compétition au centre des congrès qui est l'autre bord de la rue a 45 sec de marche! :)

Cons:

Mettre un micro onde dans les chambres ou bien en mettre un à la disposition des clients au lobby.

Gregg was extremely helpful with a reservation problem and I want to thank him!!!

Arañas y mal desayuno
Pros:

Encontré 4 arañas grandes y varias telarañas en la habitación. Dormí muy mal esa noche pensando que pudieran haber más arañas. Al día siguiente al reclamar la situación, solo me hicieron cambio de habitación sin garantizar la limpieza profunda e higienización de la nueva habitación. Aun así en la nueva habitación encontré dos telarañas. Nadie desinfectó la habitación, yo tuve que ir a comprar desinfectante mata arañas para estar tranquilo. La respuesta del supervisor del día domingo 24 de agosto fue muy deficiente, no ayudó en nada ¿que pasa se una persona es alérgica a las arañas? este problema podría haber sido peor.
Muy mal desayuno
Y el precio es muy alto a lo que ofrecen, hay varios otros hoteles cerca y de mejor categoría pero que cobran solo un poco.

Desayuno malo.
