Memorable
Pros:

Convenient to Chinatown and Old Montreal. Staff at the front desk went out of their way to get us a room for an early arrival. The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. And the parking was not too expensive and easily accessible for someone in a wheelchair or walker. I will definitely stay again.

No USB connectors in rooms. Lifts didn’t work all the time - had to go 9 floors by stairs. Not the best neighbourhood

War wie wir erwartet hatten. Lage ideal.
Pros:

Es war alles perfekt. Ein Grosshotel das jedoch eine angenehme Atmosphäre bietet. Wir haben nicht gegessen. Personal sehr höflich und professionell. SPA Bereich sauber und angenehm. Pool im innern. Parkhaus im Haus und geräumig.

Pros:

Habitaciones espaciosas , el desayuno aunque no tiene mucha variedad si tiene fruta y lo necesario para quedar bien comido.

Cons:

Cerca al hotel hay mucho habitante de calle, se debe llegar por cuadras principales como la saint urbain

We plan to book at this location again next year!

The location worked very well and ease of parking.
Room was comfy and it was nice to get a full breakfast downstairs and a cocktail in the evening.

Location. Good cleaning of the room. Big parking.

Cons:

That was the worst breakfast I ever had in my life. It was so terrible, I didn't even touch it. Coming in the morning, checking out that it is still disgusting and going out. Even Tim Hortons at night is better.

Comfy hotel but rooms need a refresh
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff, comfy bed.

Cons:

Room was a bit tired and no USB / USB-C sockets, quite important these days, knowing you will have them available to you saves having to carry chargers / adaptors when luggage space is tight.

Pros:

The staff were very nice and helpful. Our room wasn't ready, but they put a rush on the cleaning. My sons and I started having reactions in the pool area and think it was from the chemicals for the hot tub. The staff said they would get maintenance to look into it right away. The room was clean and spacious. The area is perfect for walking to restaurants and to the Old Port. We loved the Koi Fish in the main lobby.
