La atención del personal la Comida todo fue excelente me gustó mucho siempre estuvieron pendientes de lo que se necesitaba y tuvimos acceso a parqueo muy bueno me gustó mucho

We got a confirmation from hotels.com, but when we arrived there was no room for us.

Terrible, fue un fraude. No nos pudimos hospedar ahí. Llegamos al hotel y no reconocieron nuestra reservación, me dijeron que ahi no recibieron ningun pago y que no tienen ningun convenio con esta página. El hotel no tenia a nadie atendiendo en recepción y el teléfono no lo contestan. La camarera salió despues de media hora que estuvimos tocando y tuvo que llamar a la encargada por Telèfono la cual negó que existiera una reservación a mi nombre. Esto fue un fraude. Solicito reembolso ya que la página no me dio la opcion de cancelar ni me resolvieron nada.

Great hotel in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. Only a 10 minute walk to the only shopping mall and main boulevard. With taxis being unbelievably cheap, this is a perfectly located hotel between the beach and historic areas and all the best restaurants (in the opposite direction).

I was made to feel like family and enjoyed my stay over several nights.

Breakfast was excellent. The pool is in a small courtyard where you can watch the stars. A great small hotel.

I'd made the reservation in the middle of the day through Expedia. When we arrived at night, there was no one other than the security guard who had not been informed we were coming. Fortunately a room was available and we were able to stay but not without the poor security guard calling the management over and over until they finally answered their phone and acknowledged our reservation.

Todo bien aunque creo que pueden mejorar al llevar el registro de que habitación está habitada y cuál no.

I had a great stay at Maracas Inn. The staff was helpful and accommodating, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.

Hotel muy incómodo, mucho ruido de voces y trastos de cocina.
La atención del encargado es buena por su amabilidad, pero deficiente por las condiciones del hotel.
Cuando llegamos no estaba lista la habitación, no nos dieron llave pues había que hacerla, no muy buena limpieza de las sábanas, el baño no es bueno, lavamanos fuera del mismo y no había luz para iluminar el donde está ubicado.

Lo mejor de el hotel, es su personal.
Muy amables y siempre pendientes de uno.
