El personal entrega una atención muy amable, siempre están pendientes de la comodidad del pasajero en los diferentes servicios que entrega el hotel.
El hotel se encuentra muy cercano a servicios y puntos turísticos de Villarrica, haciéndolo una muy buena opción para descansar en la ciudad.
Muy buena ubicación, muy limpias las habitaciones, buen desayuno y tiene menú conveniente, excelente atención del personal, buena disposición.
Nada , me cancelaron unas horas antes de mi llegada, en un 14 de febrero además , no dieron más explicaciones solo cancelaron ya cuando no podía hacer más ni buscar otro alojamiento

Lo que más nos gustó fueron los desayunos y el estilo rústico y el estilo mapuche del hotel ,realmente hermoso , se respira la historia!!! Una habitación super calida y agradable !! El personal un 10 de 10 y el dueño del hotel tambien super buena persona !! Ademas estaba justo en una esquina a pasos del terminal, el lago y el centro 100% recomendado

La ducha si no quedaba bien regulada desde arriba hacía que el agua saliera hacia afuera la silicona estaba desgastada, quizás colocar una bajada de ducha estaría bien

La hospitalidad del lugar, es como estar en casa sus dueños son personas muy atentas y están pendiente de que cada día sea una experiencia única.

La TV solo tiene unos pocos canales, muy pequeña y no se ve ningún canal nacional
La ubicación es muy buena, cerca del centro y tambien a un paso de la costanera.
La información poca clara al momento de la llegada, no tenían idea de mi llegada, intente contactarme y no tuve respuesta antes de llegar al hotel.
